Best place ever. I grew up in Toronto, when T&T was expanding and now it’s in London.
It brings a lot of food that never existed for East Asians in London and of high quality too.
Don’t cry about opening day and waiting to get in. That’s what happened on Grand Opening day. I was able to even see the CEO of T&T that day.
It’s truly an East Asian experience compared to all the bad Asian stores in London in the past. I was surprised by the amount of people in the store even 4 days later.
It’s also quite diverse compared to Toronto. The shoppers I mean. In Toronto there is much more of an Asian presence but T&T brings similar presence. I’ve been in London for a few years now and living in London, you basically need to throw away your Asian identity. Now you don’t.
The previous place was like a run down Chinese shop but this is an official high quality, upper class experience that all East Asian in London deserve to experience. 6 stars!
Also the Roasted Pork and BBQ pork are great compared to other London places. The BBQ pork though, is using tenderloin? It would be better to use the Pork Neck meat which is restaurant quality. But it’s still the best you can get in another off city like London.
For those unaware T&T is an East Asian grocer. They may have some South Asian spices but they will not carry crazy loads of international stuff. It will carry things in the East to South East with a tiny bit of South Asian stuff. Don’t expect some...

I purchased a bubble tea, but within five minutes, I realized it was mango purée, not tea at all. When I asked for an exchange for the drink I originally wanted, the manager, Ivy, refused, saying that because I had opened it, I couldn’t return it.
I then asked to see the store’s return policy, which clearly states that if a customer is unsatisfied with the quality, they are entitled to a refund. After I pointed this out, Ivy reluctantly agreed but instead of handling it herself, she asked the cashier to process it even though she had just processed a refund for another customer who happen to be a Asian . This make me feeling like I was been treated unfairly and it feels like her refusal to help Me was racially motivated
It felt like blatant discrimination. She was applying her own rules instead of following the store’s policy, and when I asked to escalate the issue, she claimed she was the highest authority in the store. I have no way of knowing if that was true or if she was just trying to avoid accountability.
This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I expect businesses to follow their own policies and treat all...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to check out the nearly finished renovations at the T&T Supermarket on Oxford Street in London, Ontario, and I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with what I've seen so far. The transformation of the building is remarkable, with a modern and vibrant design that promises a fresh and exciting shopping experience. Even though the store hasn’t officially opened its doors yet, it's clear that a lot of care and attention have gone into making this location a standout.
The new layout looks spacious and well-organized, which I’m sure will make shopping here a breeze. I’m particularly looking forward to exploring the wide variety of fresh produce, high-quality meats, and unique Asian products that T&T is known for. The preview I got has already set my expectations high, and I have no doubt that this location will quickly become a favorite spot for many in the community.
The anticipation for the grand opening is palpable, and I can’t wait to experience the full range of what this T&T Supermarket will offer. Whether you're looking for specialty items or just your everyday groceries, this store seems poised to meet all those needs and more. I'm counting down the days until I can make my first official...
