Trapped Windsor Escape Room — Attraction in Ontario

I haven’t been here yet but I’m really looking forward to trying it. I wanted to book tonight, last minute on a Saturday night, but we only have three people in our group. I called bc all but one room say it’s for four or more people and one person in our group has already done the three person room. I called to see if we could still book a four person room but I was told we’d be charged for four people. I understand if you think it takes four ppl to finish a room but if I willingly go into the room with three and don’t finish, that’s on me. What I find odd is that out of the three rooms, at 7:30 at night on a Saturday, there are 9 time slots still available. So rather than book a room for three ppl, you’d rather have no income? I’ll definitely still be trying out your rooms but it just seems like an odd way to do business. And for the record, the young lady that answered that phone was so bright and friendly it made me smile. Looking forward to changing my review to five...

We had a great time at Trapped! Our group of five, including a 9-year-old, did the Medieval Prison room and really enjoyed the experience. Josh was our gamekeeper and he was great—super energetic, welcoming, and clearly explained everything we needed to know before we started. He’s definitely the kind of person you want greeting customers!

We’ve done a few escape rooms at other places, but Trapped stood out with its clean and inviting lobby—it was easily the nicest one we’ve seen (no dingy vibes here!). The room itself was well thought out and matched the medieval theme perfectly.

It was my group’s first time here and we had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly from the beginning and the area was clean.

Our group did the theme Hotel Dystopia (not realizing it was one of their hardest rooms ever) and it definitely required lots of critical thinking. In addition, they were nice enough to let us go over time to finish up as I assumed there were no bookings after us (keep in mind this may not happen all the time with the booking slots). Unfortunately, even with the additional time, we were unable to escape, but we were all challenged. Overall, this was a fun experience and I look forward to doing the other...
