Galaxy Cinemas Orangeville — Attraction in Orangeville

Everytime we try to order movie tickets online it is a hassle and huge headache. This time after purchasing tickets they did not send to our email like they were supposed to even though the $45 dollars was taken from our account. We tried contacting someone from the location to just get put into an endless automated loop that wouldn't let me talk to a human. We finally were able to recover the tickets we think by downloading an unwanted app onto my phone but the tickets won't print. Something similar happens every time we purchase tickets online and our scene card never lets us redeem or collect points as well. Calling customer service is and endless automated cycle as well which leads to more frustration than resolution. This will be our last trip to the Cineplex for the foreseeable future. My money will be spent on a home theatre room to save our sanity. It was a good run Cineplex but your system that was supposed to be easy is terrible and I won't risk being ripped off...

Showed up at a reasonable time for a noon hour showtime. Showed my online ticket/movie app at the stand (which I wasn't told where to go - was only told to enjoy the show), went to the right auditorium based on the online ticket and waited for a few minutes for the movie to start. Nothing was playing, as the screen is completely blank; therefore, I decided to head back to the counter, asked why the movie is not playing.. and was told that the movie is already playing at a different auditorium, as there are technical issues at the original auditorium I was already at. Missed about 20 minutes of the movie. I inquired to the staff later, but was dismissed. I think communication would've been much appreciated, and even to check and see if there's anyone waiting inside the theatre. Better yet, close off the auditorium if...

This is a nice theater, clean and not super busy! Drove out here to see a movie, granted it has been out for a couple weeks, but the theater was nearly empty. It was nice to not have a group of people talking through the movie. Consessioms are a little expensive. Bought 5 medium drinks and 2 popcorn and it came to like 50 bucks + the cost of the 5 tickets of course! But, it seems to be the going rate now adays. Theater was clean, only complaint is that there was an odd fan noise that came on and off randomly throughout the movie. Being that this movie had a lot more quiet scenes it was a little more noticeable. My wife didn't notice it though, she was clearly more into the movie than I was! Sound was good, picture was good,...
