Well now friends, isn't this place a treat. I rolled into town late and not much to choose from was left. All the "reasonably priced" hotels didn't answer the phone or were "closed" when I drove to them. After an hour I bit the bullet and took a room here. Not my typical type of hotel, but a delight to stay in. I really wanted to hold a grudge for the price, but to be fair, it was a good stay. The bed was a magical experience, I just wish it was longer so my feet didn't dangle. (I'm 6'5"tall) Sleeping diagonally just doesn't feel proper. The shower was especially to my liking. With my height I enjoyed not having to crouch under the shower head. One remote for the TV, no password for the Wi-Fi, very simple to use thermostat. The heater / air conditioner unit was nice and quiet but the fridge made me feel like I was in an average motel. It hummed and thumped, and had a rhythm that reminded me of a techno song. There was USB charging outlets beside the bed and a few more at the desk. A nice armoire and small chest of drawers if you plan on staying a while. The hot tub is outside, that was a new experience. I'm not yet sure how I feel about that. It was nice in a way but didn't feel natural. If I had more time I would have checked out the gym. There was also a guest laundry and business center. Overall, I'm impressed, but I knocked a star off the room category since for this price the floor should have been vacuumed. It was not and it looked like the previous guest had a dog.

Absolutely loved it. Opened in early 2023 and it shows. Its very new and modern and most important for me, clean! The staff were so pleasant and friendly. Very central part of revelstoke so its easy to get everywhere. Special shoutout to narisa who was making sure everyone was taken care of at breakfast. There was a lady wearing glasses at the front counter in the morning and she was also very very nice. Every staff member we encountered were lovely people. My only constructive feedback is to have more highchairs as there was only one which was being used by another family. It looked like another family needed a high chair too. Also, people don't know how to use the waffle makers or pancake makers causing staff to constantly clean them. Maybe set out premade waffles. Best part of the breakfast: they had chocolate milk2go! Best ever drink. I saw other reviewers had commented on the noise of the train. We were on the 6th floor and we could barely hear it although if you're concerned be aware the tracks are directly behind the hotel. I thought it was nice to watch it go by. Just keep the windows closed ;) I look forward to coming back here.

Nice new hotel. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are minimalist but clean and in very good shape. Included breakfast was average for this level of hotel. Pizza, DQ, and Mexican food right across the parking lot. My only real complaint is if you are going to sandwich a hotel between train tracks and the Trans Canada highway, then build it properly to keep out the noise. We had a street facing room and you could hear the traffic on the highway all night long, and our window was closed. Can't imagine how loud the train side is. Offering free earplugs at the desk is not a proper solution when you are charging 360 bucks a night. If you are a light sleeper, stay elsewhere. The Ramada hotel next door is just as bad for noise. Revelstoke has always been way overpriced in tourist or ski season. All the proof you need is the same room rents for 140 plus taxes in October. Kamloops is only 2 hours down the road west, as is Golden to the east. I would not pay this price again to stay here, but at 200 or so, all in, I probably would stay here since noise doesn’t bother me that much.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the unacceptable condition of Room 613 during our recent stay at your property on June24.We chose your hotel with confidence in the Marriott name, expecting a standard of cleanliness and quality. Unfortunately, our experience was far below those expectations—even below what one might expect from a basic roadside motel. Most concerning was the discovery of a foul smell coming from beneath the bedsheet while we were settling in with my son. Upon checking, we found an unsanitary and disturbing mess under the sheet. A photo is attached for your reference. This was unacceptable and extremely distressing. While the front desk staff did respond quickly, who took pictures of the mess on site as well. The replacement process for the bed cover was also disappointing. The first replacement was dirty. The second was, again, unclean. The third one was finally clean, but it was the wrong size. This series of oversights only deepened our concern about your hotel’s standards for cleanliness—something that should be a basic and non-negotiable requirement in this line of business. This experience has caused considerable discomfort and dissatisfaction. We are requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress this has caused, and we would appreciate a prompt response outlining how your hotel intends to address...

My fiancé & I stayed here while on a business trip for work, we were there for 3 nights. The check in process was very smooth, location wise is great! When we first booked we had no idea what places were around, but when we pulled up we saw a Pizza Hut, DQ & Quesadilla place right across from the building which was great as we were pretty tired and weren’t feeling driving into town and going out for dinner (although the drive to some restaurants was only about 3 minutes away).

I picked this hotel because of the complimentary hot breakfast, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! They were on time with having everything out and ready, even early one of the days we were there (6:30am open Mon-Fri and 7:00am open Sat-Sunday) they have a great variety to choose from, waffles, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, they even had breads, bagels, muffins, croissants & yogurts/oatmeals! The coffee was great, they had regular, decaf, and then hot water for tea & hot chocolate. Creamers, milk & oat milk for those who can’t have regular cream & milk. I noticed some fresh bananas as well!

We had a King Room, the view was great & the staff were very friendly and helpful. We even had to extent our stay an extra night and that was extremely easy and went smoothly.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone travelling into...
