A beautiful park, nice central location. A playground long paved walking paths, tennis, hockey and pickleball courts (with lights) bathrooms, picnic tables, large grassy areas for sports, outdoor pool option in the summer and beside the local community center. It is an excellent park to spend the day. EDIT; However, the new playground is much smaller and less open-ended than the old play area. Many of the main play attractions were taken down, and the park seems mostly to be for little children now, no real swings, and most stuff (like monkey bars) is low down for younger ages, my children used to spend hours playing in the castle, swingset, train, airplane, large teeter totters and dino-slide; A sad loss of one of our favorite, imagination filled...

It just gets windy with typical outdoor courts and your shots tend to curve rather than straight. Washrooms are available and it's not super dirty. Picnic tables are clean and shiny on one side and the other ones are older, depending on the season they usually freshly paint them.
