Victoria Park is a city park along the South Saskatchewan River and the Meewasin Trail in the Riversdale neighborhood. This park has lots of green space for people to hang out and do many things from having a picnic or reading and relaxing under a tree on a nice summer day to throwing a ball around or in the winter sledding down the hill here. There is also a skate park here and in the summer Victoria Park is home to the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival. You will also find many people running walking cycling and more along the Meewasin Trail year round.

Major public park that holds facilities for the Riverside Badminton and Tennis Club, the Riversdale Lawn Bowling Club, and a boathouse housing several rowing and paddling clubs. The park is named for Queen Victoria, the longest reigning Canadian monarch to date. Saskatoon’s Chinese community unveiled a traditional pagoda in Victoria Park in 2015. The pagoda is valued at around $150,000 and brings a piece of Chinese heritage to Saskatoon.

Beautiful place for family gatherings. You can do lots of activities, such as fishing, skateboarding, running, and walking, There is a Canue club besides the parking area. There is also an open public pool. Handicap ♿️ parking spot. Fairly Recommend.

I only go there to use the outlets that are by the torch, when i absolutely need to charge my phone, for ppl that have seen me there for a couple hours. I choose to be outdoors and everything I own is bought from Amazon or it has been given to me, I cherish my things and I hate stealing. If I really need something or want something, I'll find a way to make the cash honestly and then I'll buy it. I have to much pride to panhandle and let's call it what it is dumpster diving AKA "binning" again I have to much pride to even try that. You might see me walking around there looking on the ground, again you don't have to worry about your vehicles as I absolutely will not touch a vehicle or look in it, if I get to close it's only cause I just found a fair size cannabis roach. I'm sorry if Im making anyone uncomfortable, I don't mean to. I'm very easy to get a long with, if you see something that might be yours feel free to ask me where I got it, as I find lots of different things along side the river and in the parks. Im usually wearing a green camo jacket with grey hood or my blue plaid jacket, come get to know me if you like ask me questions. If I'm comfortable with answering the question, then you'll always get a honest answer from me. I don't beat around the bush, I'm as straight up and right...

I like this place for the kind of views it offers and relative accessibility. It's a family friendly place. However, something about the surrounding area gives off a negative vibe that I can't put a finger on it yet. For some reason I get an uneasy feeling as if it's lacking in safety that I don't feel at other parts of Spadina crescent adjacent to university bridge and beyond to the Weir. To the point of never getting my DSLR camera out of car to take pictures. Other than that it's a nice...
