This is a real nice open covered gathering area. I think the city and some organizations use the area for festivities , civic functions etc. There are seats and its covered so you can get out of the sun on hot days when you're on the boardwalk. There also are large , clean washrooms which are handy when walking aound down there. There is an ice cream shop there by the water and occasionally interesting watercraft berth there like the Spanish Galleon. The whole boardwalk thing is a fun way to spend a day wandering around the river front. You can walk from city hall all the way to the locks and the Station Mall is never far away. Makes the washrooms at the pavilion a must. Highly recommend going there especially when the salmon...
Read moreI love all the activities they have here. It is accessible as well, which is a nice bonus. They have two bathrooms, one at the front one at the back. They serve food when an event is going on. The clean-up is quick and efficient after an event. I love the stage and live music the most. It is a hub of activity and a staple in our community. It even had its own facebook page with upcoming events. It has screens they can pull down to keep the sun out, and it is accessed by many different openings. The parking can be a bit hectic as there is not much of it but the station mall is right next to it and you can park there and walk over. Overall a very fun...

During events, they let you smoke around the grass of the Pavillion, however, not during regular days.... difficult to keep up with rules that keep changing. Maybe the security guard needs to be updated? And also trained to interact with the...
