We have bought many air mattress here over the last several years and have never had an issue. How ever this time...one of the air mattress that was supposed to be a nice grey thick self inflating one when my son opened the box it was a blue end of the roll piece of unusable unsealed plastic. We bought it on the 5th but due to my health issues ( I am currently undergoing diagnosis for cancer ) we had not used it till yesterday. We could not remember if the lady had given us our recipe or put it in the bag so I called the store and asked if I would be able to exchange it. The woman who answered asked her supervisor who said since I paid with debit and knew the date as long as it had not been over the 14 day mark they could look it up she. This was all great I was so thankful because it's an expensive mattress. The problem was after I jump a bus and rushed to get there. The woman supervisor my apologies I did not get names I think it was Paula or Pam looked everything over and told me to go grab the same one as an exchange the other woman older dark black curly haired one started making comments like I was running some sort of scam. Making rude remarks as if I was lying. We have shopped here for 3 years this is the FIRST TIME I have ever returned or exchanged anything...but I said nothing. I grabbed the new one took it back and a third woman arrived the third and second women began talking to each other right in front of me. Saying things like. She claims that's what was in the box when she opened it. Oh really well you know what's going on here don't you, and yes but I was told to do it..now let me point out that the mattress itself had not ever been removed from the box it was still in the plastic wrap and anyone who has ever used these knows once you pull it out of the box you cannot get them back in. It was again still wrapped still folded in the box. You are free to think what you want, and I understand that they must deal with a thousand scam artists a day. But to make those kinds of comments in front of a customer making them feel like they being judged and treat like a Criminal for a distributors error..is the farthest thing from good customer service as you get. My thanks to the supervisor who looked at my situation and helped me if it was not for her I would be far more angry about their words then I am now. I will not be returning to this store. Thank you for the 3 years of service but...
Read moreI went to purchase a smart TV tonight, and we selected the LG model. Unfortunately, our payment didn't go through at the electronics department, leading us to the front-end of the store. This is where our horrible ordeal began. An employee named Nichole A exhibited a significant lack of knowledge and empathy. She held the receipt from our failed electronics purchase but didn't explain her actions when scanning it. When I noticed an $80 warranty charge and expressed our disinterest, she responded rudely, instructing me to "press decline" without clarifying where to do so. After some confusion, I discovered she referring to the machine feets away from me. She did not communicate this and instead displayed impatience. When I attempted to pay again, she insisted I remove my card and call my company, insisting their machine was fine very loudly. The machine however, displayed clear instructions to remove and insert/swipe the card, but she snapped at me, incorrectly accusing me of tapping. When I clarified, she snapped again, instructing me to remove the card. Feeling embarrassed, I decided to retrieve my husband's card from the machine and told them I'd be back in store with my card. Another employee informed me they were closing soon, and I needed to return quickly, which seemed reasonable. However, Nichole A continued to roll her eyes, belittle me, and laugh at the situation, despite my complaint about her behavior. Even when the manager, Patrick, arrived to mediate, she persisted in her disrespectful conduct, refusing to give her name, and openly mocking me in front of him. My experience at this Walmart location was deeply disappointing, and Nichole A's behavior does not reflect well on the...
Read morePretty satisfied of all staff in cashier register, self-checkout area, customer service/item return or change, and the entrance door, except insufficient amount of cashiers sometimes; great fast and convenient work. I can say the right-middle part of the store too, beginning from juice/yogurt to vegetable oil till rice and pasta aisles, you can find what you search and get help. By the way all cheeses being in an aisle totally opposite and different side with garden party and school stuff just before clothes is completely illogical, they're not even beside the path leading to checkout, when you finish your grocery shopping and walk through cash registers you see some prepared and cut broccoli, cabbage and carrot items because it's the fruits & vegetables part of the store, and cheeses being much after aren't visible and you don't think you can find cheese there near electronics, my first 2 shoppings at Walmart didn't include any cheese from there then I asked the worker and she didn't find too in the first time :) you just gotta place the cheeses with dairy products in the right where yogurt, milk and butter are located. And don't search any workers in the very right part of the store because the toys and furniture area is a little forsaken by staff but won't need to be honest. I recommend to focus on the fresh department because it can cause dirtying and staining, couple of times I saw a lettuce just jumped to the ground in front of me, due to their leaves expanding after being loaded too much, and cherries on the floor just giving a Halloween theme, especially outside the store needing regular cleaning can be even more...
