世界茶饮 World Tea House Yonge and Finch — Attraction in Toronto

It takes a lot for me to give a 1 star rating. When we showed up the person quickly informed us that the tapioca isn't ready yet (at 3pm). Then we order, only to find out something we wanted which is on the menu (white peach green tea) isn't available in the system.

We were willing to look past all that if the drinks were good but when I got my mango green tea, it was almost all ice when I specified less ice, and there were chunks of coconut jelly mixed in with the mango (probably to fill space instead of including mango chunks). The white peach oolong tea we got also tasted like water, probably because it wasn't steeped long enough. And this stuff wasn't cheap either ($16). Really...

The worst nightmare, i order this location via uber, cost me money as they are at home and they need a midnight snacks, i bought two milk tea and 6 sausages, but then they wait and suddenly cancelled my order with out giving me back my money, it’s stealing until now they never give it back and accuse the uber that the uber cancelled the order, i called and ask the staff which is jesie the name i dont know if its real name of her! She cancelled the order because there is no sausage at first you guys put on the app that u dont have sausage pr what available...

Ordered for takeout, found unknown objects in one of the top-sell products. Have some feeling about food poisoning symptoms. Called the merchant about this situation, haven’t heard any information or respond from them. Called back again but being treated by the woman who took the phone call in an impatient way, won’t take any responsibility. When I asked for the owner’s contact information, she hung up the phone in a very rude way. Won’t recommend to anyone and extremely concerned about the food safety conduct...
