I'd give a 0 star based on ONE major issue---safety/security. We discovered one serious problem here: the mall security/safety for patrons. We were at the mall on Saturday August 9 for lunch. Suddenly the food court lady/cleaner dropped onto the floor, and went completely unconscious for a couple of minutes! People panicked!! My church friends and I immediately took action. Called 911 and asked store owners to find security. The store owners told people around/us that they don't see the security until late afternoon!!!!! So no security!!! My friend called management but no one returned the call. My friend tried again a day later. Management gave a quick thank you, and just dismissed it by saying he'll speak to the "boss"! The mall has revealed that they need to look at this seriously: first aid training, making AEDs available on the wall in case of heart attacks/cardiac arrests, hire security guards for the whole day, not just half a day...etc etc.. With so many seniors and patrons in that mall, they can't compromise the public and their own staffs' health and safety!!! Glad my friend and I managed to get through to 911 quickly, and that the mall staff regained consciousness! I will update this review if the situation improves. For now, shoppers beware 😥!!

April 2022 4★ This shopping plaza is fairly unique as it's a mix of indoor mall and outdoor open air mall. There's a lot of good tenants here. The main anchor being the two supermarkets, CIBC, BMO, dollarama and the Chinese restaurant. The sushi restaurants is also fairly packed as well. Parking can still be fairly challenging during lunch time on the weekends when your competing with people shopping, buying groceries and those looking for a bite. 2018 4★ The center has some good tenants. CIBC, dollarama, pizza pizza, supermarket and AYCE japanese sushi as well as a good (expensive) dim sum place. The place has a good number of parking spots, but if it gets really busy, it can be packed.

This place is ideal for Shopping Centre for a family. It has the following 1. Bestco - Chinese Supermarket, Ideal for all your grocery needs. Quality of vegetables is good but I think No Frills is better. 2. Dollarama - One stop Dollar Store. Nothing to add here. 3. Tim Horton's - The official Canadian Coffee :) 4. Local Business: This place has a good bakery, local eateries and a small food court. 5. BMO branch - A full fledged Bank of Montreal branch. 6. Pizza Pizza - A good Pizza place This place has a big parking which is free. It is usually empty but may get crowded on the weekends.

There are many food stalls in this area. The taste is OK. The one I often go to is called Farmhouse Private Kitchens. I often went there to eat last summer. At first, I ordered "Seasonal Vegetable Spotted Butterfish Rice". Later, the cashier proprietress told me that Spotted Butterfish is fried, and Spotted Butterfish Balls are boiled, which is healthier. So every time I went there, I ordered "Seasonal Vegetable Spotted Butterfish Balls Rice". At that time, a "Seasonal Vegetable Spotted Butterfish Balls Rice" was $8.5. Because I ordered the same meal every time I passed by there, the cashier proprietress was familiar with it. One time I went there to eat again, I just stood in front of this food stall, and the proprietress saw me, she immediately said to me "Same as usual?" I said "Yes", she said "Eight dollars and fifty cents", and I paid, very tacit understanding. Later, I went there to eat again, I just stood there, and the proprietress said to me "Eight dollars and fifty cents!" I said "Yes", so I paid, even more tacit understanding. Later, I went there to eat again, as soon as I stood up, the proprietress said to me, "I know!" I paid $8.5 and ordered the food without saying anything. The proprietress and I have reached the highest level of ordering food without words, where silence speaks louder than sound.

Later, I rarely passed by there. This summer I passed by there to eat and found that the proprietress was gone. A new cashier was replaced. There was no such tacit understanding. Summer is here again, but the encounter in summer will never come again. In this vast sea of people, when can I...

I recently visited the local shopping centre and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to access. Located just off the main road, it’s incredibly convenient for anyone driving in from different parts of the city. The layout of the centre is spacious and welcoming, which adds to the overall shopping experience. I found plenty of parking available; it was a relief to see so many spots, especially during peak hours. The parking area is well-marked, making it easy to navigate.

However, I do want to emphasize a crucial point for fellow shoppers: watch out for other drivers! While the overall environment is user-friendly, I noticed that some vehicles were turning too quickly and failing to signal. This made maneuvering through the parking area a bit more stressful than necessary, so it's wise to stay alert and proceed with caution.

Overall, my experience at the shopping centre was positive. It’s spacious, accessible, and offers plenty of parking, but just be mindful of other drivers who might not be as vigilant. With a bit of caution, you can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience in this...
