Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I order from this pizza pizza place all the time. I know most people don't consider pizza pizza to be good but they're my favourite due to the low prices and free toppings. As a spicy foods lover they let me put 3x-4x tobasco sauce as a free topping on my pizza! BBQ sauce on top is free as well. Chili sauce used to be but they removed that as an option. No other pizza place lets you do this and that's why pizza pizza will be my favourite.

Edit: Revised my previous 5 star review due to a few reasons. Service seems to have gotten very poor recently, probably only this one particular store. More than one occasion driver was over a hour late or I received the wrong order. I did not get a free pizza for any of these late deliveries despite the guarantee (Weather was fine, no snow, no traffic issues). Many of the toppings are now premium. Loyalty reward points expire if you don't use them. Mostly changing my review because of the very late deliveries. I don't enjoy paying to eat slightly warm...

I had an amazing experience at this pizza place! Not only was the pizza absolutely delicious—crispy crust, rich toppings, and perfectly melted cheese—but the service was what truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude. The staff was attentive, quick to take the order, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit.

They even took the time to check in after serving the food to see if we needed anything else. The place was clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the team clearly cared about making every customer feel welcome. It's rare to find this level of service nowadays!

Highly recommend this spot to anyone who loves great pizza and top-notch customer service. Definitely coming...

I order almost 20 times a year from Pizza Pizza but I'm done with them now. My last order, the delivery driver brought me the wrong order and had to go back to remake my order. Took over a hour to get my order. He told me it would be free but I still got charged. Whatever...no big deal, first big mistake in 4 years I can let it slide.

My current order, it's been a hour and 10 minutes with no pizza in sight. Called the store and apparently the driver was at my door but no one answered. NO ONE in our house heard the doorbell rang and this guy didn't even try knocking. I'm not ordering from Pizza Pizza again if this is going to be our new delivery driver making mistake after mistake and getting us to wait so long for pizza...and...
