The Yin Yang fried rice ($12) and Preserved vegetables & Pork belly on rice ($9) were equally great especially the Pork belly. This dish can be known as their “Signature Dish.” They introduce some new dishes. First one I tried was the “Minced meat sauce on steamed egg pudding” $12.00, a unique and tasty dish never seen in any restaurant. It’s a skillfully prepared dish where the egg pudding is soft like jello. Highly recommended to try. Second was the promfret fish topped with thickened soy or oyster sauce ($12.50). Best with steamed rice or as snack food. Their dishes are flavourful of their respective sauces. However, I think they can reduce the glutamate seasoning that can lead to a thirsty feeling afterwards. They now can cook your own seafood ranging from fish, prawns, lobsters and even king crabs for a fee that starts from $8 to $15. All their dishes are inclusive of tax which makes costs comparison easier. Additionally, I think the chef is the most skillful and the best in the Food Court. Service is exceptionally great they offer to give a soup refill to regular customers only.
