I am financing my first car through Echo Auto and I am so disappointed. Just to start they pretty well are like a bad smell when they need something from you, but when YOU actually try to get a hold of someone there - they have no voicemail, no place to leave messages, no email i've sent seems to ever be responded back to.. humm just seemed like odd there. The guy Bob who drove my car to me to London area had smoked in my new vehicle !! I was absolutely astounded and then I had to drop off the delivery guy because he had no ride back. JUST WAIT... the fun part now, They added extra items to my bill without even explaining them to me prior to delivering my car to me such as this extended warranty - I don't plan on keeping this car more than a year why should i be concerned about powertrain and engine failure within 12 months? Plus the car has so many issues it didn't even pass a safety at Napa, exhaust leaking, trunk latch and hood latch are broken. I was filling the car every 2 days, like i'm a young person trying to make a living and getting back on my feet after going through so much these past few months, from my previous vehicle being wrote off by arsen, my rental broke down, i was diagnosed with Sciatic Nerve issues in my lower back causing me to take time off work I couldn't afford. Now i am a pretty reasonable person and when i called to discuss all this I was promised to have a check mailed to me within 10 business days, now that I have a quote for my repairs and sent it, they are no longer answering any efforts at communication. After talking to, Emilio the General Manager of the location I financed through, that due to all the undisclosed items such as the warranty and the roadside assistance program they had added an additional almost $2000 to the price of the car and then continued to add a new set of plates and stickers when I had indicated on more then one occasion I was keeping my old set as they were just bought in May 2019. I am beyond frustrated that I have a bill of $700 to repair a car that was not even past the 30 day safety inspection report given to me the day it was delivered. If someone there see's this please just give me a call. You'll know who it is, 2015 Nissan Versa Note SV (white).

I'm sure they have amazing people that work there but I am speaking on my own experience with one specific representative and it was horrible. My car battery died approximately 1.5 months after picking up my car with normal usage. They did nothing to replace the battery and barely acknowledged the issue. Getting ahold of customer service is impossible, you'll have better luck getting a response by posting a review on google. The sales representative I was communicating with only contacted me ASAP and non-stop when they were benefiting and receive a sale of some sort, this is opportunistic behaviour and it is horrible to treat hard working individuals in this manner. Safe, reliable cars should be sold as there are people that not only put themselves but also put their children and loved ones in their vehicles. I stressed the importance of the reliability and safety of the car from the moment I expressed interest in one. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and resigned to get a lower interest rate after a year; the same representative stated they would pay my old loan out in full and took over a month to process the payment. This accumulated interest and they would not pay the interest that occured due to their lengthy process and ignored my messages as their read receipt was on so I could see the time they read it, yet failed to reply 90% of the time. I was able to get a hold of an individual there after calling for days, he stated he would call me back, and he did so as promised. We spoke he said he would look further into resolving the issue as I no longer wanted to exhaust myself trying to contact a representative that only contact me when it was related to a sale but the second individual I had spoken to has yet to contact me to work out paying me back the accrued interest. Read moreThis was the easiest most stress-free car shopping experience I have ever had in my 20 years of car ownership! Thanks to my negotiator Alicia!! I have owned 4 brand new vehicles from dealerships and 2 used from dealers so i have experience in this process but this was by far my best experience! I started the process by replying to an online Ad out of curiosity on Monday evening, to my surprise Tuesday Morning i noticed an email and a text by Alicia and answered basic questions that took 2 mins and by 2:30 pm Wednesday afternoon less than 24 hours my dream vehicle driven to my location, stressfree all paperwork prepared completed (no hassle of driving to Ministry of Transportation) easy financing. All i did was sign all docs. No agonizing test drives and waiting around dealerships only to walk away frustrated, discouraged, tired of over inflated fees and wasted time. Alicia asked pertinent questions and answered every concern. Awesome experience especially for those who lament car shopping. Alicia works with all the major banks and the approval was in minutes not hours. Seriously not a stressful moment. I really didn’t have time to worry and the courier staff that drove the vehicle to me ( Bob ) was equally professional and i left feeling so elated that i took the opportunity to deal directly with this servicing company virtually cut out the middle man.
