Good luck figuring out where to go your first time! Attempted to drop someone off here. Google maps announced, "You have arrived" while we were on Kipling under a bridge with Go Station nowhere to be seen. I take the first right since Google maps says it's on the right. We end up in the home depot parking lot, watching our train pull away as we scramble to figure out where to catch it. We then drive around some more since there is no access from Home Depot parking lot and end up on the other side of the street at the Kiss and Ride. There are some stairs. It appears we should take them. They lead back to the road (Kipling) with a sidewalk that ends in both directions. No sign of where to go from there. Go back up the stairs and discover we were supposed to walk across the train tracks to stand on the platform there. I'm really glad we had left the suitcase in the car at this point since we were not confident where the stairs went. Overall really inadequate signage and very frustrating that even Google maps doesn't know where it is. Congratulations to everyone who has figured out how to do this...
Read morePro- could not find any Cons- one of the worst transport station I came across- Passengers need to cross live track to reach to station- Main parking is too far and one need to take lots of stairs and long walk to station- even though no accessible route to station from this south parking - no idea why they are wasting space for accessible parking space!- on station locked washroom and locked ticket window which is having no attendant at all-Don’t see any point keeping washrooms and not letting anyone to use!- nobody around the station if you need some help- most of presto card machine not working.- This is my long time experience of theirs station - why GO is taken for granted this station even though there are many more passengers using this station. Worst example of public transportation facility!EVEN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY’s BUS STATION IS PROVIDING BETTER FACILITY THEN THIS GO STATION- They are just all the passenger’s as granted- no respect for the business they are getting from...
Read moreThis is the worst line. They send the shorter trains in the morning. Between 8 and 9, when those are the peak times people are trying to get downtown. Yet the 730 am and 9 am trains are the longer ones🙄also trains every half hour? Other lines have them every 15 minutes?. Etobicoke north is also the worst with limited parking on the side closest to the train. The other parking lot is such a hassle having to go down a whole set of stairs, walk 5 mins then go back up another set of stairs. Make it make sense...
