Extreme Fun Indoor Playground — Attraction in Toronto

I had a birthday party for my son in June 2023 and was blown away by the positive customer service. I just had recently (June 2025) and was VERY disappointed. They really rushed us, one of the women was rude and unfriendly, seemed annoyed (snarky with guests and constantly complaining about my timing, even though we discussed the agenda in advance). Even guests and family commented how rushed it was and a different vibe than the 2023 birthday. Considering the poor customer service (especially considering the price point), this was our last birthday there. The main positive is it's only your party versus sharing a space and the lootbags they do are decent (by age and gender).

Edit: Thank you for your comment below but being rude & moody is not acceptable & that is my main issue (not addressed in your response). I did both clear & discuss when the mascot was coming & the agenda beforehand, to confirm it was okay (months ago). If you told me then you can't accomodate a professional Photographer & a 30 min mascot I would have picked another venue but I was told it was no problem. Yet the moody staff was asking why the mascot wasn't there 10 minutes before their scheduled arrival. Maybe she didn't know the agenda. Some kids wanted to play & some kids ate longer - it's kids! Putting away the cake & food so quickly that guests couldn't have more wasn't flexible. My cleanup was 5 minutes (pizza, cake & snacks). For my set up the previous party was late but that same flexibility wasn't extended for me. Instead of writing lengthy responses to your negative reviews, why not pick up the phone? Kindness & accountability...

I attended my nephew's birthday party here, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience.

Facilities – Based on conversations with my sister and other parents, this place was a hit with the kids. The space is quite large and packed with fun activities, including slides, playhouses, toy cars, and more. I was genuinely impressed by how much there was to do, and the brightly decorated space added to the excitement. There are designated areas for both kids and adults to eat, making it convenient for everyone. A quick note. Socks are required inside the play area, but they do provide slides to wear or have socks available for purchase if needed. Another plus is the ample parking, which made getting in and out hassle-free.

Service – The staff were excellent. Friendly, efficient, and well-prepared for anything. When one of the kids got sick, they handled it with grace and cleaned it up immediately. They were always ready to help and kept everything running smoothly. That said, they do maintain a strict schedule and run a tight ship, which sometimes gave off a “headmaster” vibe. Given the back-to-back events they manage, it’s understandable that they need to stay on top of things to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.

Sorry for the late review but I just had to share how amazing this place is and our experience was.

Hosted my son's 4th Birthday party (Aug 19th, 2023) and from start to finish the entire process & event was great.

First off, the staff is friendly & professional. They answered all my questions, gave great suggestions and guidance for the event to run smoothly.

I love the space and how its laid out. Super high ceilings, temperature controlled, very clean (no stains or appearance of age or wear), fresh smelling, and natural light.

The large play area is full if activities for everyone (from my 18mth niece - 17yr nephew). I liked that even though there was a lot of stuff for the kids to play with, it didn't feel overcrowded or congested.

The leftside is is set up & decorated for the kids to eat, drink & have cake. The right-side is set up for the parents to take a break and socialize with the other parents while the kids are at play.

As soon as we walked in there were 2 dedicated staff members that took charge. They took our balloons, food, deserts, etc and started to organize them in the spaces. My wife and I were free to greet our guests and enjoy the facility from the moment we arrive. The staff were extremely helpful from set up, cleaning, serving the food, pouring the drinks...complete full service.

I loved the fact that we had the entire place to ourselves and didn't have to share it with another group/party during the same time.
