To begin, this was my first ultrasound for my pregnancy and my first time at this location... I was late for my appt due to an accident and the construction in the area - they called to check if i would make it and I told them my situation and they said ok no problem we will accommodate. Great! Except when I showed up, the story changed anf they told me the technician may not see me but they would check... why not tell me that when we spoke earlier.... irregardless, instead of rescheduling me, they took me in. The technician was straight to the point but then when I was leaving I asked if I was going to get a picture from the ultrasound and they said no... I was shocked... who sees their baby for the first time and doesn't get an image to cherish? On top of that, the secretaries didn't think I understood their native tongue and were being rude and disrespectful about me and basically said that out of spite they weren't going to print the picture for me because I was late to the appt. So why even take me then!??? Overall, what was supposed to be a joyous experience was ruined because people put their pride and ego over their job responsibility... nowadays good employees are hard to find and people who take pride in their work - even harder... it was a disappointing experience since we had been to the Kipling location for my first pregnancy and had a phenomenal time. Would never go here again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone....

I scheduled a specialist appointment for my daughter and so called them for X-ray reports and X-ray images . They said it's confidential and they can not handover to me , they can directly send to specialist on appointment day . I am surprised on the appointment day when I called them to ask for X-ray images . They sent only reports no images and asking me to collect CDs . I can not go to them as both location are far from each other and if I go back I will loose appointment . These People doesn't understand how others are suffering and we don't have process to teach them a lesson.
On top of this when I went there , the lady at reception handed over me diff patient CD even though I filled the concent form and it says confidential :-( . I told her to replace with correct cd she smiled and returned ... no regret . Finally I told her that because of these mistakes people suffers you don't realize. I ended with my day off with nothing happened as per plan and lost specialist...

I have noticed that some technicians get frustrated when the patient doesnāt understand the directions given or the way they are supposed to move or position themselves. Keep in mind that you do these procedures every day but someone who is new to the experience doesnāt have your expertise and they may require your patience and understanding. When someone appears irritated by my inability to follow the directions perfectly, it makes me feel uncomfortable. When I feel uncomfortable, I think twice about subjecting myself to the experience a second time around. As another reviewer wrote, people are there because they arenāt well or they want to maintain their health. Kindness is imperative in these situations. This clinic has the potential to be 5 āļø but changes are needed to...
