My experience with this Specsavers location was wonderful, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. Iqra, in particular, was exceptionally kind and showed her expertise when helping me select the perfect frames.

What truly impressed me was their willingness to go above and beyond. Faced with an urgent need for my new pair of glasses due to my old ones breaking and living far away for school, I expressed my urgency. The staff ensured I was kept informed at every step of the delivery process. However, when it became apparent that the delivery would take longer than expected, Kunal took it upon themselves to personally ensure I received my new glasses promptly, despite the two-hour and forty-minute journey from their Albion branch. I really appreciate Kunal's communication and willingness to bring me my glasses. I've never experienced such thoughtfulness and exemplary service with my glasses until I came here.

Adnan helped me understand all the different deals they have going on and he was really thorough which is a great thing for guy like me who is making his first pair of glasses here in Canada. The next day when I went to order it was his off and there comes Huda. She was very helpful in choosing the right frames and understanding my concerns about how my old pair of glasses get smudgy. So, she did some tweaking and made the glasses sit perfectly and comfortably around my nose.
