I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years, purchasing more than four pairs of glasses with a specific medication included. On my most recent visit, I asked them to replicate my previous prescription. I paid $300 for lenses alone—just to return to school and discover they didn’t include the medication I specifically requested.

When I called to address the issue, I was told that the price I paid didn’t cover that medication. That explanation makes no sense to me. Why would I spend $600 on glasses—especially $300 on lenses—only to receive something that didn’t meet my needs? Standard lenses cost around $100, so where did the rest of the cost go?

After discussing the matter with them, I’ve decided not to return. I strongly encourage others to shop around before committing to this provider.

Also worth noting: they offer discounts in exchange for 5-star reviews. Proceed with caution.

Ever experienced the feeling of panic when your eyeglasses break and you can't do a thing without them? Optical Palace recognizes this fact and will get your glasses or frames fixed immediately, while you wait.

Other than filling in your prescription for eye glasses, they have the staff who tend to take care of immediate repairs, as was the case when my frames got damaged and I could not wear my glasses. Unlike other optical stores, the staff at Optical Palace acknowledged my presence in their store immediately as I walked in and were quite eager to help me resolve my damaged eye-wear. Love the fact that I did not have to 'take a number' to get served!

My mother (R.I.P.) and I have been purchasing our eye glasses here for almost 20 years. Their prices are quite reasonable when it comes to prescription eyewear and as such they do not need to offer you the 'Buy one get one free' marketing gimmick.

Besides offering eye examinations, Optical Palace has rows upon rows of glasses and frames to suit everyone's taste including some funky frames which no doubt would even make Elton John want...

I came here on a tuesday, hoping to find a nice pair of glasses.... & I'm glad that I did because FORTUNATELY i came at a time when Azhar was on service. He has the most efficient customer service that I have ever seen. Every pair of glasses that he chose for me was A1... & i mean top notch! So much that I had such a hard time choosing but eventually I settled! He was very patient and informative with all of the styles and what would suite my face shape. Genius. He is so knowledged in his work. I am definitely coming back for a second pair & I am hoping to see him again ! He even helped me pick a transition color and its absolutely gorgeous.
