I have made two purchases online from the Prehistoria Museum & Skull Store and found it to be ready very quickly and look exactly as advertised/described. I had the pleasure of actually being able to explore briefly at the museum in person and was amazed at everything I saw, I can't wait to return and spend more quality time learning about some of what's inside the store. The people working were friendly and helpful, I actually found even more interesting things in store to purchase and made my third purchase in store which was very easy to do. There is literally something to look at and admire in every area your eye can look, I took pictures of certain things and when I looked back at the photos I noticed other things in the background or floor that I didn't even notice in real time! I certainly recommend repeat visits to this place to do justice to all they have to offer! Also bring change as they do have some pretty cool "vending" machines and consider donating if possible so we can keep this beautiful place thriving. See y'all again soon! Thank you for everything you guys do to keep this place going :)

I would have to agree with a previous post. This establishment does seem to be some sort of scam idk. I have a collection of fossils I was looking to sell and had made several attempts via phone, text and email to get in touch with them. After many attempts someone finally did answer (phone) and I was told to email pics. I emailed pictures a couple of weeks ago and have still received NO response to the pictures or further enquiries. It does seem this place is not interested in providing the services it advertises.i would love to hear from them to resolve this but I'm not holding my breath lol. Posted by one unsatisfied (attemted) customer. Oh and phone calls to them now result in a continuous busy signal instead of continuous ringing. In response to owners reply: from my previous post the owner thought it was quite rude of me to give a 1 star review for receiving none of its advertised services. My bad lol. I will change my 1 star to 2 for getting such a quick response to my criticism (less than an hour). I'm thinking criticism of the companies poor performance is the only thing that gets responded to quickly: Less than an hour to address the deserved criticism vs. Weeks to respond to a potential customer hmm seems his priorities are very telling. I would also like to apologies for my " confusion", though it tends to happen when, again, a business is not interested in following through with its advertised services. I applaud your effort in responding so quickly during such a supposed busy time for you but I'm pretty sure it's called running a business....deal with it lol. I also appreciate your opinion of the collection. I would like to say that if you were not interested, that could have been easily communicated weeks ago. All the items (except 1) were purchased from a very reputable business that has been in operation for more than 60yrs and I will pass along your "professional" opinion regarding their fake products. Thanks for your total lack of professionalism and sour grapes it's been...

Update: I have received the certificate and am very appreciative!

I’m pretty bummed. Nov 24th I ordered an Ancient Egyptian amulet as a Christmas gift for someone. I immediately emailed the company asking for a certificate of authenticity. In the past I have ordered items from this store and didn’t receive one, so I knew from experience I’d probably have to reach out about it. About TWO weeks later, Dec 7th I received an email from Ben stating I would have to request one and it will be emailed to me. Which I thought that’s what I was already doing by requesting one in the first place. So, I asked again, and offered to pay for it if I needed to. No response. I recently emailed again, asking if I could please get it before Christmas to go along with the gift, no response. I was really hoping to gift the amulet with a certificate of authenticity so the person I was gifting it to could feel confident in what they were receiving and take it more seriously. It’s hard to explain to someone you’re gifting an item to like that, that the company hasn’t sent me the certificate of authenticity in about a month and now won’t answer.

The amulet did arrive safely though, which is why I...
