Pizzaville — Restaurant in Toronto

When I initially started going here it was great! Unfortunately I believe there was a change in management and I'm not too impressed anymore. But firstly the guy behind the counter making the pizzas does not wear a hairnet. I had ordered two extra large pizzas online a few weeks back and the one pizza which was intended for my children was burnt. I fortunately opened the box while I was still there picking it up and saw that it was burnt. Long story short they offered to make me a new one in 5 minutes but they refuse to credit me for the next time as I was limited time wise. A Previous order was messed up entirely and they offered to saute the vegetables that were missing off my pizza and just added on the top. I let both those situations slide and accepted their solution. The last time I was there which will actually be the last time at the specific store, I had ordered extra large pizzas and 2 chicken wing and garlic knot combos. The chicken wings are cooked darker than they should have been but I didn't have the patients to wait and have them off of me and to make a new one. The garlic knots were disgusting. They were soaked in greese and so hard that you couldn't chew them... They were fried for way too long! When I called to express my concerns about the hairnet and the burnt food to customer service they offered me a $12 discount the next time I shop, which will probably remain there because I don't plan on going back! The two combo packs alone cost $24, offering me a $12 discount is belittling. Customer service representative was not very friendly and did not really care to be on the line listening to complaints. The customer service sucks at this place. I would never order from them again as I said the day I ordered my pizza that it would be my last time in that store. I was there on Sept 21 but the date on my bill is Sept 17. That tells how badly organized this store is. I waited about 10min at the counter before some one came to take my order. Basically I was ignored for 10 mins because the staff saw me waiting at the front counter. I was told my pizza will be ready in about 15mins so I came back 15mins later, after spoke to the lady staff I am picking up I was told my pizza is coming soon. So I waited . A lady was waiting for her pizza before me as well. She probably has waited for a while, plus the 10mins I was there, but her pizza was ready in n a box on top of the oven and nobody called her. She wasted her time waiting but her pizza was sitting on top of the oven all the time she was waiting. When someone finally call her, she was very upset and said they dont know what they are doing. So I kept waiting for another 6mins, and saw customers coming in waiting at the front counter and left the store because mo became to serve them. Finally someone called my pizza and guess what, my pizza was sitting on top the oven all the time while I was waiting.. so I picked my pizza, and wanted to speak to the staff what has happened to me and the other lady. But the attitude I got from that staff is disgusting, the shut up and leave kinda attitude. I called the head office and was told some one from the store will call me and apologize, and I am still waiting for that apology today. I would give it a zero star for customer service. Me and my friend are repeat customers at this location and it was good but recently my friend was having issues with the cook behind the counter preparing the pizza and last night we had the same issue with this individual being very rude, hostile and not keeping the station sanitary as the pizza dough fell on his shirt and made pizza with it. We ordered a large pizza and waited for about 1 hour and my friend went in to ask what's taking so long they advised they forgot and asked what we have ordered and we have already paid. We where frustrated and upset as I had a medical condition and took of my mask due to them taking 5min to refund the money and they advised i the customer cannot talk to customer service like this "their staff" a simple refund or a sorry would of not escalated this issue. Then the person preparing the pizza threatened to call the police if I did not wear my mask as I was leaving after my refund but I had it on the entire time except at the end which they made me wait 5min for the refund and I do not need to wear a mask with a medical condition legaly. Out of respect I wore the mask and took it off after I left the store after the order was placed. This is not a way a business should be talking to their long lasting customers that have been at their business of over 1 year every weekend. I do not recommend this place.
