TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM — Attraction in Toronto

By far, I think this TD branch one is the worst in customer service. I don't think the staff are trained with courtesy and respect towards their customers (I observed while I was there waiting in line for 35 minutes).

There is always a long lineup and the staff there all have the "no care" attitude. There are only 2 or even 1 staff serving about 30 customers in line. The "seem to be" manager or assistant manager guy was standing there behind the tellers with an "unwelcoming face" and "crossed armed" which I have never seen in my banking life. I thought it is a bit funny (or embarrassing) for such a well-known bank like TD.

The facility is quite dirty. I am quite surprised as a 20 years + customer of TD. I have 2 business accounts with an all inclusive personal account with TD. You should come to this branch at least once to verify what the reviews herein are written.

My secondary house is close to this one and that is the only reason I came here once awhile. However, I decided to stop banking here.

If you ever have a chance to bank with the branches in Mississauga or anywhere else i.e. Richmond Hill you will see a huge difference in service. I am always proud to recommend TD with my clients. Now, I still don't understand why this TD branch...

I have been going to this branch since 2006 (business). After Covid, service has gone down the drain. I have introduced many customers in the PAST but will not in the future. Overall TD has become a greedy poor service bank. Prefer RBC or BMO.👎I was there again Oct 3rd 2022 at 5.32PM line upto the entrance and got worst. Only two/three tellers all others Looking/Acting busy. I try to avoid but it's the closest to my work. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Came out 6.19PM.

Today is Mar 14 2025. I was there and they refused to take the deposit cheque. They asked for my ID although my name is on the account and I was only depositng a CRA cheque into the business account. I am not respecting the woman who served me she said. Garbage of a branch. Every year, I used to give them lunch during Christmas. This branch was the best many years ago and now it has become the worst. I will close my account and move to another bank. Thank you TD -...

Absolutely terrible management there. I dealt with both managers on duty, I had a temporary license which stated "VALID WITHOUT A PHOTO ID" for a certified cheque, they had absolutely no interest in trying to find a solution, just that its company policy, but admit to me that they can accept a citizenship document with no photo ID which makes no sense. I provided my health card and my credit card with my temp license, but again, helping a client wasnt a priority for these guys, seemed like they were there just to hang out... your job as a manager is to make exception, if someone is providing you with 3 IDs, even if you dont accept 2, you can use your brain and understand I am who I am.... I had gotten a certified cheque from another bank a few weeks prior with the same documents, and when I asked him if the procedures are different for different locations, he responds with maybe... they should not be managers if they are incapable of doing a...
