DO NOT GO!! its not safe, its operated by a shady couple probably not even insured business they have you sign a waiver they probably will be off the hook for poor maintenance and unsafe practices. The total time zipping time is less 20 seconds; however, they make you wait and wait.... They intentionally spend lots of time prepping you for the experience before you go up and then again once you up on the roof top of old shaggy structure. They know they are ripping off people so they create all this hype that its going to be a life time experience in fact it turns out to be ridiculous experience. We had to wait over 50 min for 20 sec zipline, there was no line up of people, just one family ahead of us. We have zip line in Montreal downtown, and Niagara Falls, they are much more fun, more economic, clean and safer because they are managed and operated by insured companies. This place needs to show insurance proof, it is run by a man and his confidant women, who continues to talk to keep your mind busy to that’s the cover up, the website makes it sound like it's this huge place but they only have 1 line to go down, lasting about 10 seconds. Helmets are not sanitized/wiped between runs full of dirt and never cleaned, the "drifting" in the van for the sake of entertainment is unsafe. Women, creates hype, man drifts the van up the hill, almost tipping the bus! VERY UNSAFE. Clearly there is no excitement there so they distract you by nonsense. Before left them I straight told them on their face that they are not right Once again, I repeat myself, DO NOT GO! This is a waste of...
Read morePassed by AAZ numerous times on route to Jasper before deciding today that we should check it out. We called ahead to see about availability as it was a Sunday morning and were told to come on down. We were first greeted by Terry who is a very friendly and enthusiastic member of the crew. She quickly had waivers for us to fill out and was briefing us on the safety equipment as well as what to expect. Not long after everyone was suited up, we were given a demo on how to launch and time for a quick practice. Then it was a quick and friendly greeting by Darryl who whipped us up to the top of the zip line. Darryl went through a very detailed briefing on the equipment and once hooked up had us do a visual and hands on check of all the connection. He walked us through what to expect and demonstrate once again how to launch. The experience? The photos speak for themselves - it is a very thrilling feeling as you leap into the air and fly like a super hero through the air! The experience was so enjoyable we took their offer for a second jump! Highly recommended! We are going to be stopping by and...
Read moreMy friend and I decided spontaneously to hit this spot for our first zipline experience ever, and so glad we did! Terry is a wonderful woman whose warm personality makes you feel welcome right away, and helps calm nerves you may be feeling. You’re also greeted by 2 furry companions, Lego and Soda, who are as sweet as they are cute. Darryl is a gem! Takes you on a wild ride up the hill (with your permission, gentle rides are also an option) but we recommend to go wild or go home lol. At least on the bus ride lol. Once you hit the top platform, it’s a different world up there! Spectacular views await. You’re guided with thorough coaching, and if needed a pep talk to get you through those steps to get you sailing through the air! We went medium speed and it was a fantastic way to enjoy flying for the first time. We are happily apart of the Super Hero League! Thank you so much Darryl and Terry for such an amazing experience! We will be seeing you again! Warmest regards from Daniela...
