Went to this location this morning with my brother in law, Ordered my usual caramel iced capp with no whipped topping and get charged extra for my caramel which comes with a caramel iced capp. I told the cashier it's a caramel iced capp I shouldn't be gwtting charged for the caramel she argued saying because it's a caramel iced capp and comea with whipped topping since I don't want it I have too pay extra for the caramel which makes no sense at all when I order this drink all the time without whipped topping and never get charged for the caramel that's supposed too be in it. My brother in law had a pumpkin spice iced capp so I proceeded too use my activated BOGO on the app, and the cashier continued too try to argue with me saying that my iced capps don't count with that coupon, However my friend and I used her BOGO coupon yesterday both having large flavored iced capps... They called over another worker who told me it wasn't working and that I needed too just pay for it the way it was.... The attitude of the employees at this location is highly disappointing and the way they treat customers is unacceptable, I feel they need better training as they don't seem too know the correct pricing on product and how too fill their...
Read moreI asked for a moment to read the takeout menu — apparently an unacceptable request. In response, I was sarcastically offered the suggestion: “If you can’t read, come inside and we’ll tell you what’s on the menu.” Delightfully condescending and wholly unnecessary because actually,English is my first language. The attendant delivered this gem with smug self-importance .It’s fascinating how the smallest bit of authority can make some people think like a dictator. To add to the experience, customer care then stepped in to play the ever-popular he said, she said game — masterfully dodging the actual issue and instead attempting to reframe the problem as a matter of semantics. A textbook case of outright deflection. If the goal was to make the customer feel both belittled and ignored, consider it a...
Read moreTim Hortons has recently made delivery through uber available. I've tried ordering a bunch of times and usually when the order is smaller (no more than 20 bucks) everything is fine, but as soon as i go over 30 dollars a few items go missing.. This time i ordered 4 drinks plus a couple other items and i was missing 2 OUT OF THE FOUR DRINKS!! I was missing a large iced vanilla late and a medium mocha iced cup. I honestly don't know if its the uber or the tim hortons but it really sucks. The employees should make sure they get everything in the bag before actually giving it to the delivery driver. I hope i can get my drinks some time later as uber can't provide me...
