I came through the drive through for a quick snack. The staff were very cheerful and happy as they helped me with my order. The food was fantastic and fresh. I was very surprised when I took a bite into my burger and the lettuce crackled a bit and the tomato was a bit firm as these are all signs of very fresh food!! The reason I gave 4 stars was just because of the drive through time. Both times that I came here, there weren't many cars in the drivethrough, but yet I still had to wait an upward of 5-6 minutes between ordering my food and recieving it which is high by drive-through standards. This doesn't bother me as I wasn't in a rush but could be problematic for those in a rush. But besides this small problem, I would definately love to come back to this location for the freshness...
Read morePleasantly surprised with our local A&W store! The store was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the addition of the new Brew Bar is very, very expensive (nearly 6 dollars for a regular size frozen cold brew that they only fill up 3/4 to the top of the cup), but welcome.
I have noticed that since the addition of the new Brew Bar machines, and the new debit system that our store has, the service has slowed to a near-grinding halt. Wait times have never been longer at this store.
I'm sure it's just a matter of time before the timing gets figured out and the staff gets used to the new systems, and I will gladly update this review to reflect that once the wait time changes.

Read moreI recently visited your A&W location and ordered onion rings. Unfortunately, the ones I received were overly salty and filled with masala, making them unpleasant to eat. I brought this issue to the server’s attention and requested a fresh batch, but my request was ignored. I waited for 15–20 minutes without receiving a replacement, which left me quite disappointed.
As a loyal customer, I believe customer complaints should be handled promptly and professionally. Offering a fresh replacement or even a complementary item would go a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction.
