Great park that is lakeside with lots of green space and a section of sandy beach 🏝️. The lake is amazing, the water 💦 is clear and warm. One of the best lakes in Alberta. This is a nice place to visit however the city has a new bylaw in regards to tenting. No shade allowed! You are not allowed to put up a tent or any shade shelter next to the waterfront more than 1m square. The parking rate has doubled over the past few years as well.
