Not sure what happened to the quality of food and beverage this place offers now compared to a year ago.
Spotted the owner or as the girls at the front referred to as "Tita" aka aunt in Tagalog drop a sausage on the prep table. At that point I just told myself that maybe it's clean anyway, surely the food will still be good.
We ordered the KO breakfast and it was completely bland, and not alot for $14. Hash browns literally had no flavor. Best they could've done was fry some hash browns from Costco. Eggs and sausages were alright.
The cappuccino is the saddest part of this review as that's the reason my girlfriend and I come here all the way from Edmonton. Compared to a year ago the cappuccino just tasted like milk this time around. Cappuccino is supposed to be bold tasting with a hint of crema, not overpowered with dairy making it into a latte.
I see alot of great reviews, but their all just delusions if you've eaten ever at a Denny's, OEB, or a hotel breakfast in Banff or Jasper to compare.
I suggest the owner to do a quality check of their food and find clear distinction between their drinks.

Read moreI went in to grab some already purchased drinks. Politely asked a small Asian lady where to grab the drinks. She gave me a look, turned her back to me, and pointed arbitrarily over her shoulder to some random location. As this is my first time there, I went to where I thought she was pointing to. She then told me that was not the right spot, and I had no common sense, cause I wasn’t at the right spot on the long coffee bar. I then said, how am I suppose to know, you literally pointed in some random direction to an area I am not allowed to go to. Literally could have said, go to the other barista, at the opposite end of coffee bar for coffee. This was all in the span of literally less than 2 mins. I can’t remember the last time someone wanted to insult my competency, especially over something that wasn’t even aware of. That little Asian lady, had too much attitude for this dude. Definitely will avoid that place as much as possible. Go to White Fog, the...
Read moreLakeshore Cafe is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxed. It's the perfect spot to catch up with friends, get some work done, or just enjoy a quiet moment. I ordered the espresso martini and it was fantastic—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, with a beautiful foam on top. It's clear they take their time crafting each drink. I also tried the dubai brownie, which was incredible; it was so moist and rich. The drinks and food were top-notch, and the staff was so friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The cafe itself is cozy and stylish, with a great view. If you're looking for a new favorite coffee shop or a spot for a quick bite, look no further. It's a truly...
