My kids have a lot of fun but my 3 yo does not enjoy the slides too much as they are all very tall. The worst thing is there are unsupervised kids trying to fight for tumbler. The supervised staff there are not helpful at all. Two kids were fighting with my 3 yo and one of them hit my son on the hand because they were fighting over the tumbler. I went to stop them and took the tumbler away so they would stop fighting. Later the parents of those two kids were getting mad, and told their kids to hit my son. They even all came in front of me and yelling. I asked the staff for help but then they said they don't care as these are personal conflicts. How can this be personal conflicts if parents are teaching their kids to hit other kids in the play palacd? When I complained to them again , I was told that they didn't see anything. Oh well , what is the safety rules ? Don't think there are any! If I stop the kids, we are being a target for bullying and staff are not helping .They actually saw them yelling at me and just ignored me, walked away when I demanded assistance. This is the worst public play place I have ever had. It is not 100% safe playing there .Always...
Read moreWish this was open year round. $5.60 for the whole day per child. Parents are free. Both child and parent need to wear socks but if you forget they do sell socks for like 2-3$. They regularly sanitize all the equipment every few hours and give you dated tickets to return after the 30min cleaning break if you decide to return. There is an area for parking your strollers, and for where you can leave everyone's shoes. Bathrooms are clean. Food can be eaten up in the stands but not in the play areas to avoid mess. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a great amount of activity for any and all ages... if you want your toddler to run themselves ragged until they collapse on the floor in a happy exhausted heap... I HIGHLY recommend bringing them here. Weekday mornings are most ideal, weekends are a tad crazy, but even on the weekend I still...
Read moreIt's awesome here for the kids and very well priced! Adults don't need to pay and kids are around $5 depending on age. Lots of options for different heights (and ages from toddler and up) and height restrictions are clearly marked so parents can check. A bit hot for us parents (we're just standing around & not moving much) during the summer and it's only the start of the summer. The kids will get super sweaty here so bring lots of water and stay hydrated! You can bring snacks in and there's some random seating for the adults. Please remember to bring socks for your kids. Also a great place to host birthday parties.. They have a few different party rooms. We've been to a few birthday parties here! There's also ins and outs (keep your ticket) so you can come back...
