Also he wasn't going for the most expensive and trying to be pushy for a good sale he was showing quality shoes at good cost and my husband left extremely happy woth his services . And this is very rare of my non social husband usually he complains about how people's customer service is horrible so this is the reason for my long review . Also he then walked him around the store and tried to find the perfect house slippers that my husband was looking for to get for me . Unfortunately the store did not sell my style preference but Luke took his time and tried his best . He should be runner up for store manager if he isn't already . We have been shopping here for many years and have never had such honest amazing and very helpful customer service. I’ve gone here a couple times to pickup online orders and the experience is usually ok. They are pretty quick in getting your order. The last time I went I picked up my order at the counter & asked if they have a few other things I was looking for. The cashier directed me to the back of the store and handed me my online order (which was in a sealed bag). Shortly after I noticed I was being followed by an employee, and he didn’t say anything but the person with him asked if I was looking for something. After I told her what and she directed me to the right section the person continued to follow me until the other employee said oh it’s ok don’t worry. The whole interaction made me so uncomfortable because they were behaving so weirdly. My grandsons and I went into your location this morning first thing the young lady at the door with the hand sanitizer was friendly and nice then we went in to get soccer shoes for my little grandson the young in that department was very nice also his name is Gianluca he was very attentive to us making sure my grandson got the right pair that suits him my other grandson wanted a pair of shorts we met Daniel he also made sure my other grandson got the proper pair of shorts we were taking a medium but he explained to us because its men he needed a small , also the cashier her name is Shiv S she was nice to me as a gramma it's always nice when you go into a store that the young people take their time and make sure you are taken care off.
