It should have been a great day but…The place is great and the mini putt lots of fun. We arrived at 1pm for our golf time at 1:20pm. We were at the desk waiting for over 15 minutes because they put a group of 7 before us so we were late starting. I asked how long the course would take because I had to get the pizza. Staff told me 45 minutes to an hour. No problem. Then when we were on the 16th hole not even an hour had gone by a staff member came telling my daughter we had to skip the rest of the course because they had a party coming in at three and they needed to clean the room and we had to be gone by then!! She then continued to argue and stand there insisting she leave causing my granddaughter to cry when it was supposed to be a happy time! First birthday party since the pandemic!! I was outside at my car for a minute when the same staff member came out to find me to tell me we had to wrap it up!! It was 2:30 and less than an hour since they started golfing. Plus we had to wait for the group of 7 to move forward on the course!! I told her no way was I pulling the kids from finishing the course and I wasn’t leaving the party room until the children had been fed and the cake was done but she continued to argue with me saying another party was coming in! I told her that was her problem not mine!! I told a different member that I was appalled with this situation and to please give me my cake that I would take the party from here and I don’t need them to light the cake and sing happy birthday! I was very upset. About 20 minutes later the first staff member came and said she spoke to her manager on the phone (like I had asked) and we could have the room for 20 minutes longer and have a $30 game card. No apology and continued to argue with my daughter. I told her to stop arguing and that interrupting the mini put and causing my granddaughter to cry was unprofessional and totally unacceptable and no excuse is acceptable. End off… let’s move on!! We were out of the room at 3:20 as asked!! The other staff was friendly and helpful with the kids and picking out their prizes. It’s a fun place and the kids had fun so I still gave it a 3 star! Unfortunately they caused stress levels to rise unnecessarily as the other party hadn’t...

This was my first time here with my brother . We definitely had fun. Love the ambience, the glow in the dark, all the beautiful art in the place. The arcade was pretty good as well. Enough parking outside. I would have gave five stars but just a couple things to address. Music choice was a disappointment. Its more fast paced, lots of people waiting to go through, if you have a good amount of people with you will take longer and others may get impatient. The handicap door opening doesn't work outside or inside . For those with disabilities or any leg problems this isn't the place for you. One set of steps has Atleast 20 steps upstairs, the other set going down has 17-20 steps down. Alot of props to step up and stand on while playing or waiting for your turn so lots of up and down. Which you just have to be careful. I'm saying this because i just had knee surgery not long ago and it was kind of difficult getting through. The stairs should have a rail just for safety but doesn't . As for the arcade half of the games one side wasn't working so i couldn't play side by side with my brother. We had to take turns which kind of sucks that we couldn't be more competitive. Also I think the youngins that work at the counter can do less talking and be more attentive to customers instead of letting customers stand at counter waiting for them to finish conversation. There's no food on premises, but you can buy a pop or water and there's a small little lounge area with stool chairs to sit. Do i recommend going? Absolutely!! Besides what I said about people with disabilities being mindful of situation indoors. The place was a fun time....

Went as a group of 5 for my sons birthday. Called ahead and wasn't told about needing a reservation. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very rude employee. It was 5:30pm and she told us to come back at 6:45pm. There didn't seem to be anyone even golfing at the moment, but we decided to come back after dinner. She told us we needed to pay in full to make a reservation. I thought that was strange, and I asked her if that was a new policy because we've never been asked to pay upfront for a reservation before. She VERY RUDELY told me I could phone head office if I had a problem. We left and returned at 7:50pm and it was empty. Ahe told us we could start right away, but we'd have to split our party 3 in one group and 2 in the other. There was NOBODY golfing. So we began with the first 3, and then she literally stood there and watched my 3 kids play until the 3rd hole and even asked my son to hurry up before letting me and my other child start. We ended up just all golfing together, and it was NOT AN ISSUE. The whole time we were there, only 1 other group of 4 started golfing, and they were about 5 holes behind us. At the end I went to use the washroom and it was FILTHY!! The stall had poopy underwear shoved in the corner and used feminine hygiene products on the floor. There was toilet paper all over on the floors, water, and soap all over the counter, floor, mirrors, etc. I was disgusted and just left. The employee was incredibly RUDE. If she were my employee, she'd lose her job immediately. This is NO WAY to treat your customers. We won't return to this location again, and won't recommend it to any...

I visited on a weekend, and the wait time was around 15-20 minutes. The mini-golf setup includes 18 holes, with a maximum of 6 attempts per hole and up to 4 players per group. We received our scorecard and got started right away. The courses were enjoyable, featuring a variety of creative mechanisms that kept things interesting. For our group of three, we completed the course in about an hour. The glow-in-the-dark elements added a unique and visually engaging touch, and I was thrilled to score a hole-in-one! While you may overlap with other groups since everyone plays at their own pace, the atmosphere was relaxed and no one felt rushed. Everyone was friendly and considerate. The pricing was fair and reasonable, making it a great choice for a casual outing. However, keep in mind that lockers are available for an extra fee, so I chose to leave my jacket in the car. The staff were welcoming and helpful, adding to the positive experience. There's also an arcade attached, providing additional entertainment while you wait. Plus, there are a few restaurants nearby if you want to grab a bite after playing. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend it for a fun, short outing!

Really fun experience! Our group was able to get ahold of free slushies from the front desk which helped keep us cool in the establishment. Definitely a fun place to go to in big groups, whether its friends or family. It is also a lengthy game as well, so I believe that you get your money's worth - with 18 holes in total, with you going up and down stairs and interesting glow-in-the-dark themes ranging from the deep sea, volcanoes, castles, you will certainly spend a lot of time admiring the art. I would recommend getting lockers as lugging around my bag was definitely inconvenient when holding the slushie cup, my bag, my phone, and the golf club. That being said, it was a lot of fun, if not a bit hot and stuffy inside. There is a fun waiting area with a number of arcade games - I am unsure how to get ahold of tokens but I imagine you get them from the front desk and the employees there will help. Be aware that because the establishment is very dark, that when going outside it can be very jarring to come back outside again, as the brightness can be overwhelming after being in the dark for so long.

I live north of the city and have come here twice in the last month or so. Once as a day date with my spouse and another as a kids day adventure. Both times were great. The staff both times were amazing. The second time we went, it was the first Saturday of March break and it was incredibly busy. We spoke with the lady at the counter and she said there was an available time at 430, so we booked it. Well, we had a little delay leaving and she came running up to us to let us know we could actually go now and it was great. The course is challenging while still being fun. The only trouble that day was we were a party of 4 and there was a party of 2 behind us and although we offered for them to go ahead of us, they declined which made it a little stressful because they were close the whole time. No biggie though. I'd definitely come back again. I highly recommend booking in advance on a holiday or pa day/march break, though when my spouse and I went the weekend prior, there was no wait.
