Woodbridge Square — Attraction in Vaughan

It was the Aroma that spoiled my visit!!

Asked for the Portobello Sandwich... WHAT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! When U went tk the counter to tell them what they gave me... They just wanted to add more Regular Mushrooms... when it was supposed to have a 'Portobello' One!! I wish I had taken the pic... Very sad, cut pieces on only one side of the bun and they were lime they were all dried up!!

Manager, was not to pleasant as he was when we were ordering!! NOT cool at ALL!!

Then they didnt know how to Refund the Charge back on my Card!! SMDFH!! 😢

Nothing like the Sherway Gardens Location... although, Everyone seems t/b skimming on their dishes that the customers are paying for...

I ordered my food. Yes they were busy when I went there. They got my food ready but I'm letting it sit before they even rested with the sauces so it got cold. I also ordered falafel balls and I made a mistake. It was a small and hard not even my dog wanted it but the food wasn't the greatest. It's probably my last time going there. I have a new place called tahini's. It is fantastic but they're not close to me. If you want quality and proper customer service, that's where you should go. Mediocre grocery is pretty much the only reason to be here. Poor mix of shops with nothing very attractive to the shopper. It's surrounded in all directions by megalithic shopping sprawls so there's more reason to drive by than to stop in. Also difficult to access because of traffic flow, making any trip here mostly annoying. Seems like rent must be high because all the retailers are overpriced in the face of the big box competitors just...
