Becoming a part of theDock community has made Victoria feel like home and helped me grow into and challenge myself in ways I never would have expected. I have made countless friends and professional connections in the welcoming, supportive community! People at theDock are working to make the world a better place.

One of my favourite parts about working at theDock is how incredibly convenient it is. There is secure bike storage in the building and close-by bike lanes for easy commuting. Plus, bus routes from all over the city drop you off within a block or two of the space! The food options nearby are drool-worthy and there are many local community business partners nearby that give discounts to Dockmembers.

Plus, there are rotating art exhibitions in partnership with the Victoria Arts Council which help breathe new personality into the space every few months.

The thing about coworking at theDock, is that once you join the community, it's nearly impossible to want to work in any other environment. There is always something going on: clothing swaps, eating lunch together at Wednesday salad clubs, dance parties (see Silent Disco pic attached), karaoke, appreciating sea...

The Dock fosters one of the most supportive and welcoming environments, always welcoming anyone who walks in through the door. Feeling like im part of the Dock even before I officially became a dockhand shows how genuinely welcoming and supportive everyone is and how committed they are to making secure relationships committed to growth.

The convenient location, central to various amazing restaurants, services, and shops, as well as the beautiful working spaces and fantastic community members, makes the Dock the ideal coworking space.

I was drawn to the Dock because of the wonderful people I met through various community engagement events, such as Eric, Collin, Jade, and Emily, who all welcomed me with open arms. Another factor was all the social impact work the Dock, and its members do and how driven everyone is to commit to change and social development.

Everyone's kind, inspiring, and hardworking spirit, the amazing perks you receive as a member, and the refreshing coworking space (often filled with amazing local art) make the Dock the space to be for all of your...

This is a great Coworking space. It is bright, and very conducive to being productive. Their kitchen and bathroom are really nice, the espresso machine is amazing. The wifi is stellar, and my video conferences have been super smooth. The phone booths are very conducive for when I want to have video conferences. I wouldn't have any confidential video conferences in there, cause some noise leaks out. I haven't used their conference rooms, but they look really bright and well maintained. The people are amazingly welcoming. They are a friendly group if you feel like socializing, and if you feel like focusing, they are very respectful. There are a lot of events that encourage friendships, and they root for eachother privately and professionally. I've been here for about 3 weeks, and I'm really grateful I found this...

My team hosted an meeting in one of the rooms at the Dock and I was surprised to learn about this place and see how incredible it was inside! Such a creative and professional space not just for work from home options, but meetings and group settings- and there was also a d&d group having a session which showed how many different ways the space could be used! I was especially surprised by the community kitchenette which would be a huge selling point to me if I needed a space to be all day and thought the whole premise of the space was so collaborative and uplifting! Bathrooms were all gender neutral too and the staff were really helpful and welcoming. Thanks for having us!

The Dock is a cozy and aesthetic co-working space, I especially love my designated work space area, the spacious meeting rooms and the espresso machine. When I started working from The Dock I had just recently moved to Victoria and didn't know too many people. The Dock has an incredible sense of community and I've been able to connect with like-minded people at various community events and fun lunch time activities such as Lunch & Learns or Salad Bar. I will always be thankful to The Dock for making me feel so at home and always managing to put a smile on my face, even during rough work days. Also, shoutout to the Dockhands for being INCREDIBLE!
