LOCAL Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.There is something structurally wrong with either the SECURITY or PROGRAMMIMG of their website which automatically charges your card when you tap on the add delivery information box. The transaction defaulted to the Douglas location that is very far from where I was visiting.

All attempts to have the Douglas manager reverse the transaction, even within minutes of noticing the problem were either refused or ignored by the manager even though the manager initially offered to refund the transaction via Interac. Instead he offered to refund via gift card which is useless - I am visiting from out of town and will not be able to use this. In other words the Douglas location kept my money without providing me with the service due to "store policy".

Consider taking your business elsewhere until they can fix their website's security and programming issues as they will not honor their commitment to reasonable and...

Please don't get me wrong I love your pizza and you guys have the best(if not only) tandoori chicken pizzas in town and I love them. I'm only giving two stars because previously when I ordered chicken wings from you guys, it was breaded. And so I kept ordering them plain because the sauce ruins the crispyness. And I just ordered through skip (a pizza and wings). The pizza is fantastic but why did you change the way you make chicken wings? Like it's not like a small ingredient change it's a whole new way of making chicken (breaded vs not breaded) right? I ordered plain wings like usual thinking I'll get the nice crispy wings as usual but instead I got some plain white right-out-of-the-freezer-straight-into-oven wings. This used to be our go to place for pizza. The guy who used to work here before was really nice and gave good customer service everytime. We went there on August 15 th around 10:15 PM and the guy who took our order was probably Amandeep Sohi. We gave the order and he said it is a wait for 25 mins. We waited there for almost 50 mins! Just for the two medium pizza that we ordered and we were patiently waiting for the order. However, they DID OUR order wrong! We clearly mentioned while ordering and still got wrong. When we went to inform those guys, they were really unapologetic and said they could only make it again. Like really? We waited 50 mins for the order, you are asking us to wait another 50 mins??
