He was also readily available to text back and forth, which made him different compared to the other providers out there (some don't have a number for you to call or text, but just an email)! He is very customer-focused - showed up on time, did a fast and easy setup, and a speedy tear down. The castle was clean and looked brand new. He even took the time to give it a quick vacuum and wipe down when it was all set up to ensure it was 101% clean for the kids. The kids just loved bouncing while naming all of their favourite Paw Patrol characters. I highly recommend renting from here as you will get amazing service and quality castles! The owner Ibrahim is very friendly and quick to reply. Easy booking system. It's awesome that you can book right from the website and see which castle and if the date is available, so you already know before even contacting/speaking to someone. The castles are always clean. Delivery, setup and pickup are timely and smooth. The prices are also amazing compared to other companies out there. Definitely worth renting for your kids birthday parties!
