Awesome Hot Yoga and Barre — Attraction in Winnipeg

Pains me to give a negative review but I feel this is a safety and customer service issue. I fell in the owner/instructor's class and fractured my arm. I was in severe pain and could not get up. She came over to move me onto my mat then returned to teaching. Two women I didn't know separately came to my aid, and one ended up helping me into the lobby and ultimately driving me to hospital. I did not hear from the owner/instructor via phone or email afterwards. The lack of care and concern has turned me off returning to this studio. I spoke to the owner today and she seemed satisfied that classmates had helped me. I respectfully suggest she incorporate a client-safety first approach and stop the class/tell students to take a break while she sees to an injured...

Went here for my first hot yoga experience and if I could give it 10 stars I would!!! Omg! Immediately when I walked in the staff greeted me and were so polite and kind. The atmosphere immediately calmed me with the dim lights and nice music.

My class with Tally was incredible, I was so impressed how well it flowed and how calm she made me! It was really like a meditation too and I’m so grateful for it! I didn’t think i would like hot yoga but the temperature was perfect and the environment was amazing! I also loved being able to book on the website and the new to yoga section so I knew what to bring.

A really welcoming atmosphere that offers patience, compassion, challenge & tranquility.

The instructors are great, each unique in their own way with style of practice.

There is a variety of different kinds of classes for different experience levels and even if there is not a beginning class available or a harder class available instructors offer level modifications in classes.

It's been just under 2 weeks since, I moved out of the city and I already miss the classes so much 🥲
