I've never had a massage that felt more transactional than the one I received at this place.

I was 15 minutes late, and I apologized for that since traffic was bad, and she said that she would only be able to do 45 minutes since she had another client after me, which I was fine with since it was my fault. I had then mentioned I never got cupping done, never done it before, Cynthia didn't even bother talking me through the steps, I had to ask all the questions regarding my concerns about this type of massage, basically just got the vibe that she didn't seem to care to even get to know me, my history in why I was dealing with pain in that certain muscle. I understand that some people prefer a silent massage, but normally the RMT asks that to the client to see what they prefer, which I got none of throughout my experience.

I have been to many massage places, and all have been so welcoming, and making it the best experience for me and tried to really get to know their clients for future visits, but this place was just not one of them.

We booked our 1st massage 💆‍♂️ and for my husband it didn't go so well , i beilve was riley he saw , he felt like it was a rub not a massage with pressure, he fell asleep in the one hour. He will never go back , as for my was a deep tissue massaga felt great but now at home and feeling allot sharp pain on my right side my back , hurts to seat down . I like my massaga guy was nice he's name was Aaron but from my husband experience and mine the day after we would not go back Again. Plus i feel that if you don't get a good massage why have the option to tip ? After paying $108 for a massage that was not worth it for my husband why feel that you have to tip, we also tip because we feel bad but the reality is if you dont get good service then No dont tip . WILL not recommend this place to anyone , i booked here because our regular place on sage creek was full but now we will just wait the 3-4 weeks to get in to sage creek , they really do focus on ur body . I would give Aaron 4 from my option but my husband would give 0 to riley just not worth...

Worst massage I have ever had. I saw Jackson who apparently has 20 yrs experience and left with a stiff neck and head ache. Called back a short while later to make a complaint and was told the manager would call me back which never happened. I also asked for a deep tissue massage but basicly got a gental back rub instead. I kept telling him more pressure and that I would tell him if it was too hard. Instead I was told I was too strong. When I said that I have a lot of tension in my legs, I was told there wasn't enough time and he would do my legs next time. When I expressed to the front desk that I did not enjoy the massage, was told I could have the introductory price the next time I visit but that will never happen.
