As soon as I walked in the store & down an isle I was approached by an employee She said “why are you here” in a rude manner & I replied “shopping, why?” She then told me that I need to leave the store. I asked her why over and over again and she kept saying the same thing “you need to leave” I then said “who do you think I am? Are you mistaking me for someone?” She then said “I’ve kicked you out many times you need to leave now” “we have your picture and you’re not welcome here” i then said okay please show me this picture so you can apologize for treating me like this. She refused to show it to me and kept telling me to leave.

In that moment I didn’t really know what to say or do. It took me by surprise because I shop there all the time and have never been kicked out of anywhere.

I told her “no I’m not leaving please call the police” this frustrated her as the stormed off to the back room saying “fine this will probably take four hours for them to come” and then mumbled off gibberish as she walked into the back.

As I’m waiting for her to come back I decide to call the police myself because she was taking forever to do whatever she was doing back there. They put me on hold and I’m walking up and down the isles waiting for someone to answer but I was annoyed and didn’t feel like spending any more time in a store where everyone is just staring at me from all of this.

I hang up and decide to call the manager who is on vacation to let them know what just happened & then Kim comes walking up to me with a binder of people who are kicked out of the store and shows me a picture of an Indigenous male like myself who looks nothing like me

This ruined my day & made me spend an unnecessary amount of time dealing with this. Please re-train your employees at this location to deal with situations like this properly and professionally. Thank you,...

You have raised the price for 6 Ensure drinks to 21.50??? Before Christmas they were 17.50. people who depend on those drinks are mainly going through chemo and rely on them for nutrition. It's bad enough battling cancer and now you've jacked the price by 4.00 for 6 drinks. Prior to COVID they were 14.00. I have been buying them for 5 yrs, do the math on how much you've made off of me. I just purchased them for 11.99 at another drugstore so you inflate them more than 150% of what you buy them for. Your company is greedy and should be ashamed to do that to cancer patients!! You make enough off of your high dispensing fee of medication, now you need to increase the price of 6 drinks by 4.00 to the people who need them to give them nutrition and strength to battle cancer. You KNOW people who buy them have an illness and NEED them for a meal replacement bc they can't stomach food and have no other option but to drink those drinks and you take advantage of their situation. Shameful. Ill be taking my prescriptions and business elsewhere due...

Wouldnt have even given 1 star...went in to get 2 "pieces" of makeup i was out on and body soap, security was hovering over my shoulder the whole time, decided to get my co workers there xmas choclates while i was there, low and behold yet again secuirty hovering over my shoulder then go to self checkout which is the only checkout ... paid, chose to have my receipt emailed as i always do and the second i go to leave security stops me forcibly looks in my bag then goes to get an employee stating my card my declined.... she comes over, i showed the employee my transaction on my bank app and then she prints a physical recepit and says thank you have a nice night.... excuse fckin me but i should not be treated like a criminal for simply using the only payment option and my choice of receipt or maybe was it simply a judgemental individual because it was 630 p.m. and i was wearing my pajama pants since i ran out before i had to put my 3 kids to bed. Will not be making purchases at this...
