Embassy of India, Bejing — Attraction in Beijing

This is the most unresponsive embassy, they feel like they are not liable for any Indians here. They have no sense of serving the citizen of their country. They never pick up phone i tried to call them multiple times but phone always goes on Voice mail. I'd like the Indian government to take strict action on them. I'd also make a youtube video and tell their reality to the world. Being Indian people who are working there, they should be embarrassed...
