I visited the beauty product section at Hong Kong Airport’s duty-free store on Sunday, February 9, around 11 AM. There was a male staff member at the Dior lipstick counter who displayed clear favoritism. When some Western customers arrived, he immediately went over to serve them, completely ignoring us. In the end, those customers didn’t make a purchase and left—only then did he finally acknowledge us.
When I noticed that the prices were not competitive and mentioned that we would look around first, the staff member rolled his eyes at me, which was extremely rude.
