This is a place for bigger kids fancy for special sports like skateboarding, inline skating, some ball throwing and hanging flyover. But don’t expect it is a playhouse for younger kids and rather not for kindergarten kids, though there are playhouse cages and slides (perhaps not huge), besides, the Discovery Bay Epicland is much better in terms of its size and having its variety of games for both kids and even adults. There is a game of slide on a float which is a complete nonsense, queuing up even to an hour or so for a slide of 10 seconds and not even call it a sport. Don’t buy drinks at the counter, it is extremely expensive $20 for just a small size box of Qoo that you could have got a cartoon elsewhere <20. If you take a seat in the cafe, there is a minimum 1 item order by each person, unless you are starving, otherwise save the money for a 10-min short walk to the Olympic City 1 mall for dine-in restaurants and fast food.

I feel like I need to take my time to voice out what had happened today in this place so that future customers like yourself do not need to suffer the unpleasant experience I had today. In short, they force me to buy the anti-slippery event tho I have my own with the exact same function (ironically these are the pairs I bought from the exact same place but under a different management). In details, first you can only book tickets from KK Day App and such unreasonable clauses of forcing you to buy their socks was buried deep in the terms and conditions, cuz of course they will not make this clause too clear for you to see. Secondly, they force you to sign a waiver letter before entering and after a long queue with poorly organized queue system, you just want to sign the waiver and then start queue in another long line waiting for registration. After all this, this is the point where they tell you that you have to buy their own anti-slippery socks. To what purpose would this kind of “hidden cost” strategy serve to the park’s management if I may inquire? If it were for the safety concerns, then what’s wrong with my own anti-slippery socks? If it were for the indemnification, then why do we need to sign the waiver before entering? I cannot think of anything else but this to be a way of charging you a little extra on the top of already pretty over priced entry fee to a park with subpar quality facilities that were exactly the same as that of before the management change. Honestly if you were to charge a bit of more on the ticket price instead of pulling some stun like this, I won’t have any issue at all. Don’t think your customers are morons and pushovers, or I really cannot with you to have long and prosper business ahead. I will never return to this place again. After thoughts: 1. About a third of equipments are either broken or unplayable. 2. Staffs were just standing around chatting and did not doing their job of safekeeping or maintain queue order 3. Many older kids running wild and screaming with no supervisions nor any proper management from the staff. If you have younger kids, please be aware and keep your eyes on them at all time to avoid injury

An excellent deal and weekend activity if you go after 6pm - the evening session (which lasts until 9pm) is only HKD 120 per person and you get to access a range of activities like roller skating, obstacle courses, archery and more. Instructors are also included in the price for some activities requiring specialised equipment (such as skateboarding and climbing). Grippy socks (purchasable from the reception) must however be purchased and they are HKD 30 a pair. Lockers are also available for HKD 30 (small size) and HKD 50 (large). For some of the more vigourous activities, some of the provided protection gear is slightly worn down but it is more than adequate. Aside from that the park is pretty well maintained.

The price was $300+ pp, with a pair of socks to be purchased and worn on a mandatory basis and extra rental fees for lockers.

Some staff were helpful, and some staff were 100% inattentive. Some “i-School ABC“part-time staff did not give an f about anything and came off rude once we asked them questions. The staff members we met when joining climbing and tennis were nice and friendly.

Generally, the place felt a bit of a rip-off compared to its competitors in the city, and the facilities did not appear to be very well maintained. Some facilities were even closed for unknown reasons. It looked spacious because half was a skateboarding and roller skating course. The rest are small, with most facilities giving a bootleg Xbox Kinect games vibe.

The socks they forced you to buy and wear are poorly made, breaking Just after one wash. It doesn't feel like in $30 quality.

Location-wise it was far from everything, except you live in One Silverline or the Olympia.

Seriously it...
