Regret for not listening to previous online reviews, which stated:run! When I moved in, the overall rating is around 2-3. Not sure why it increased a lot in such a short time lol. Too fake! —————— I just realized you replied false information. If you don’t apologize, I will be forced to take legal action.
When I discovered my money was missing, it was right after your service team cleaned my room. I sought help from the front desk and wanted to contact the cleaner to clarify, but one of your employees asked me not to call the police. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, you seemed more focused on covering it up. Despite reporting the problem, your response was indifferent, and I was left feeling anxious and unsupported. However, in your reply, you claimed that I was shouting at you, deliberately trying to portray me as a bad-tempered and unreasonable person, so that the public would view my review as untrue and unhelpful.
When I later discovered the money was not actually missing, I returned to the front desk to apologize to the cleaner for any upset she might have felt, as I didn’t want her to be put in a difficult situation. But she was cursing me on the phone with the front desk employee when I was there.
You then forced me to accept that my room would no longer be cleaned and offered only a small portion of service fee deduction, with no room for negotiation, which goes against the terms of our contract.
I was confused when I tried to call you on WeChat, as it appeared that I had been deleted (I didn’t mention being blocked, so please don’t fabricate). At that time, I urgently needed your help due to a power outage in the hot summer heat of Hong Kong and was trying to reach you via your emergency phone number, yet no one responded. So I called you on WeChat. However, it showed that I was not your WeChat friend. Since we had chatted on WeChat before, it seemed like my contact had been deleted.
After your explanation, I realized that you hadn’t even added me on WeChat. I don’t understand why the official apartment WeChat account didn’t add a tenant who had already moved in, especially since WeChat is set up as one of the main communication methods.
Additionally, I later discovered that the power outage was caused by a broken electric cable in the lamp you provided in my room, which led to a short circuit.
You referred to my attempts to seek help as “mad,” which left me feeling discriminated against as a newcomer and mainlander.
I have the record of your apology message for problems you caused to me at that time. Now you’ve twisted the facts publicly.
Besides, you did not clearly explain the housing rules in advance and treated me as if you were my boss or I owed you money.
If you don’t delete your reply and issue a proper apology, I will pursue legal action.
My experience as your tenant has been not only uncomfortable but also stressful and unfair. I had never lived in Hong Kong before and didn’t know much about the renting market here. Unfortunately, a housing agent introduced your apartment to me, and at the time, didn’t offer me other options. Although I saw the low ratings, I still booked the shortest one-year contract you offered, which, unfortunately, led to...
Read moreCommunication with these people is ridiculous! Trying to consistently talk to someone about booking an apartment was impossibly difficult.
Eventually after speaking with someone intermittently over several days they'd offered me an apartment, which I'd accepted but because it was just before the weekend, and they'd taken so much time to respond to my messages, they told me to wait until Monday for me to sign the contract. I wasn't happy, but I was promised the room.
On Monday I got back in touch to request to sign the contract, but they then told me that the apartment was unavailable because someone else was already staying in it!!!
What kind of insane company offers someone a place to stay before checking if it's even available?!?
They did attempt to resolve the problem by trying to find a replacement, however they offered me an apartment without a...

The studio is small and the neighbour is noisy
All the things are old and dirty, especially the bathroom, the flooring is made of wood and it is moldy and stinky
Power outage at night and no one fixed it because it is out of office hours (25/3/2021)
U may see they got high rating here and want to choose it as ur accommodation, i can tell u it will be a disaster.
///// 3 yrs ago, I wrote this review. I am still happy for my decision to leave there. In MK, u can spend 5-9k for a better accommodation, not a building opposite to the rubbish collection point and the laundry service charge per month is as expensive as my current electricity fee (2 ppl family). It is just a place for fooling the...
