Feels like taking a step back into the 90s. Everything is old and abused. The longest range (there's a short game range also) is about 120 yards long I'd say. You're essentially hitting any club longer than a pitching wedge against a net. Oh and there's a net above also so you're wedge shot may hit that as well.
But considering it is Hong Kong where space is in short supply and being on top of a shopping centre and transportation being good, it's not all bad.
The price is decent, being a non-member I had to pay $130 (HKD) for 3 hours. Yes 3 hours! With unlimited balls. Each club rental is $10 per club but with a $200 deposit for each club. So hiring 2 clubs would be a deposit of $400 plus rental price of $20.
If you're really itching to hit balls, a visit here is worth it in my opinion. As mentioned before there's a short game range and also an artificial putting green, which looked quite large. I shall try it next time, but there are separate charges for each area that I didn't really look into. I'm sure there is a price list on their website.

Read moreThe third floor of their “premium” bays is basically non-functional, but the staff doesn’t always make this apparent. The Top Tracer doesn’t work on the 3rd floor, and occasionally works on the bays at the edges of the 2nd floor. They can only accommodated left handed players in bay 42, and even then the sensor only detects ball hit with mid irons or longer. The size of the bays are also dangerously small. If you’re a relatively tall man, good luck using your driver there, you risk smashing the screen or colliding with another players club. The staff are well away of these problems yet they do nothing about it. That being said, the private teachers there are excellent and very friendly/approachable. All in all, Golf Waterfall is a underwhelming facsimile of what a driving range should be, and might not be the best option for a player who is serious about...
Read moreVery little investment in this range, the mats somehow are all worn down to the rubber, and the range balls are pretty much the worst quality of any range ball in HK. They are old single piece balls that spin so much, any sort of face angle in any direction results in wild ball flights.
The Toptracer system is good, as per any toptracer system around the world. But the WiFi system supporting it has become slow and results in long load times. Again a lack of investment in the range.
For the price, very poor value for money. Essentially a rip off establishment living off past laurels. Needs a major overhaul, and please...
