Paradise Classic — Restaurant in Kowloon

The restaurant can’t handle weekends and holidays. We ordered 3 dishes and 1 fried rice and one of the dishes was roasted chicken which I’m pretty sure it’s already pre-made and just need to cut and set the plate. However after 40 minutes long wait, there’s no food on our table, not even the cold dish which is only vegetable and it’s like an appetizer. We asked the waitress 3 times and each of them said will check for us but to our observation they didn’t even go near the kitchen.

So finally after 50 minutes of waiting the fired rice was brought to our table, we are so tired and I went to get the check and said there’s no need for other dishes. And I overhead many people and many tables can’t wait anymore ask for the check without eating and left very unhappy as there were charges for tea and for an appetizer they bundle sale to you once you sit.

Never want to visit this place again! And advise to people who don’t want to wait for over one hour for dinner, especially...

It's a good restaurant. On a regular basis (or at least the times I have been here every once in a while), they will provide satisfactory food. However, I have to mention the service is a bit shaky at times. Take for example, I once had to wait ONE HOUR to get plain white rice. plain white rice. Despite this, it is important to understand that mistakes happen and we are human after all (and the good food makes up for it anyways). My experience onwards has been very good as this has never happened again so don't worry about it. I recommended the fried fish skin and the chicken. Having a very nice experience in this restaurant! All the servers are very cheerful, helpful and motivated even though just a few servers in whole restaurant and full house tonight cuz the mothers day.

We are so appreciate when we asked for assistance, you can see they will solve immediately, we really understanding tonight the restaurant was full house, the server noticd we have waiting for our dishes over 10 mins when we finished the appetizes, they will propose to follow up and make sure the food was appetized and fresh made.
