They specialize in fish broth/ seafood broth ramen. I decided to be adventurous this time and tried their Squid ink& truffle ramen. Ian got the crab & shrimp broth ramen. Overall the ramen is so-so. My broth flavour wasn't strong enough and the noodles were too thick to pick up the broth flavour. I had to add garlic to get some taste. The very thinly sliced meat just sort of disappeared in the soup 😑. The shrimp&crab broth flavour is also kind of weak, even for a crab hater like me. The portion size is too large and made us feel uncomfortably full, even though we only ordered normal portion noodles. The good thing is the atmosphere of the restaurant is very lively with very energetic your servers. But overall the ramen is so-so, and I left feeling unsatisfied 🥲

Very rich and bold broth ramen and tsukemen. It's a chain that came from japan and if you like your broths strong in flavour, look no further. They have lots of anime figurines and the music/decor is full of anime characters (I’m not a fan, but if you love Japan, you’ll feel at home). The service was quick, however probably need some lessons in service but you get what you pay for. Speaking of price, the food was very reasonably priced and affordable (for hk standards). They have English and Chinese menus available. Note: for those whole like hot soup for tsukemen, they have hot rocks available to heat up your soup.

Tried the fish broth Ramen and shrimp broth Tsukumen. Ramen was pretty good and had good fish flavour but compared to other places is alright for the price. Tsukumen is alright too but abit too heavy for my taste, couldnt eat alot of it. Service was quite slow for a ramen place and took around 20+ minutes for our order to be served even though the place wasnt full. Other places have better value for money and also quicker serve time but good to try if you like seafood broth ramen/tsukumen.
