This rating refers to the shopping complex itself that is above the bus station. Nice shops with a variety of small mainstream establishments representative of the local tourist food culture. It is now pet-friendly, which makes it convenient for all. Their escalators should opt for the slope design rather than step design to improve the accessibility and safety profile for those using strollers, pet owners and walkers. Although elevators are available, but they are always situated around the furthermost parts of where older adults, pets will enter; hence, defeats the accessibility aspects. Most recently, their Concierge makes you install and register your profile on their HangLungMall Apps before they grant the complementary parking privileges even if you have store receipts qualifying for it. The line up can be long, so ensure at least half an hour before your designated exit time as a buffer. Premises are clean and they leave the main door open to make entrance/exit to the peak outlook more convenient for wheelchair users and pet owners. Uncertain why they went for major renovations here as no improvement was noted on their attention to interior design details and functionality, while a nice fountain was extracted. It just looks overall nicer. The award-winning entrance window glass mosaic draws attention only on paper. Doubt goers pay attention looking up while walking their dogs and tourists will be more drawn to taking photos along the HK skyline and tram aspect. Caution to those parked on B1 floor. When leaving the elevator, there is an indiscreet step pathway that can mirage as a plain continuation onto the parking cement. If you are in a hurry or have poor contrast discrimination due to cataracts, etc. this shallow side step can be a hazard for slip and fall accidents. Management should highlight this with rails or better upkeep the yellow highlights along that section. Currently it's a faded yellow painted overtop black while the parking garage...
