La Vache! The Peak — Restaurant in Hong Kong

The new branch at the Peak is a solid addition! The decor is stylish, and it’s much more spacious than the Pacific Place location. If you’re lucky enough to grab a table with a view, the sweeping scenery of Hong Kong is stunning—definitely a highlight.

The food? Classic and consistent. Their menu keeps it simple with entrecôte as the star—just pick your preferred doneness. It comes with unlimited fries (yes, really) and a fresh salad, which rounds out the meal perfectly. The service is genuinely great—friendly, attentive, and efficient. As for drinks, the wine list is decent, but the house wine is surprisingly good if you’re keeping it low-key.

That said, there are a couple of quirks. The entrance is outside the Peak Tower, which means climbing two flights of stairs—tricky if it’s windy, rainy, or if you’re with elderly folks or kids. Parking is available at the nearby Peak Galleria, but no free parking validation since it’s managed separately.

Overall, it’s a great spot with fantastic food, warm service, and views that are hard to beat. Just be prepared for a bit of a trek...

After dining many many times at their Soho and Pacific Place locations, my friend and I hiked up to the Peak to try their newest venue. Stunning! What an absolutely beautiful restaurant. The decor is incredible, the view is incredible, everything is incredible! The food is what you would expect at La Vache - simple but tasty salad, a tender and flavourful ribeye and unlimited fries (the seasoning on the fries .. I'm pretty sure it's just crack). They roll in with a dessert trolley at the end but I just go for the lemon meringue, the lemon curd is smooth, tart and not too sweet. I have a feeling I won't get this table again the next time I visit unless I request in advance but look...
