Peak Tram The most popular way to visit Victoria Peak is via the historic Peak Tram which scales the mountainside on a 1.4 kilometre journey, lasting 7-8 minutes.

Note: If you visit early in the morning or late in the evening, there won't likely be much queue at the Lower Peak Tram. Unfortunately, during much of the day, there is a queue. During peak times, it can exceed 1+ hours so you might want to consider alternative means for visiting Victoria Peak if time is an issue or if you hate standing around in queues.

Public Bus There is a series of route 15 buses (15,15B, 15C) or the N1 minibus which take riders up to Victoria Peak. Journey time is usually around 30-40 minutes and bus frequency is quite regular for these routes. What about during airport layovers? You can also visit Victoria Peak during layovers at Hong Kong International Airport. Best way depends on the length and time of day of your layover. However, generally speaking, the best (quickest) way is to make use of the Airport Express directly to Hong Kong Station and then take taxi directly up to the Peak.
