Serious coffee shops have populated the streets of Central District down below. Unfortunately, they have still yet to arrive at the two major Victoria Gap commercial buildings at Victoria Peak. Here your options are limited to Pacific Coffee at Peak Tower and Starbucks at the Peak Galleria.
The Starbucks is located within Peak Galleria on Level 2. They have a fair sized open seating section and offer the standard Starbucks coffee, non-coffee drinks and food items. What is served here is pretty much on par with the expected Starbucks experience anywhere around HK. I recently had a double espresso here and it was no different than had I taken my coffee at any of their other franchises around the city.
Note: For better views, go to the Pacific Coffee branch, for better coffee go to the Starbucks, if you are The Peak and in need. Otherwise, if you want good, proper coffee. Just wait until you return back down from the Peak and visit any number of more serious, local coffee...

To the barista: if you make a wrong order don’t show attitude and just make a new order correctly your salary doesn’t get Deducted for making another order
