Especially nice place to visit during the night. There are several ways to reach there. First, you can take a Peak Tram, if you wish to simply appreciate the scenery at the Peak. It can shorten much time to go up to the Peak, although it might cost a little bit. Hence, the tram is recommended mostly for tourists. Second, you can take a bus to reach there. Strictly speaking, the bus will not take you directly to the Peak, and hence you gotta walk up a little bit more (like 10 minutes) to eventually get there. This can be recommended for both tourists and local visitors of other purposes. During the night, the 10-minute walk may not be so dangerous and take up much energy. The price is obviously much cheaper than the tram. But, be prepared to wait in a long line for bus when you go back to downtown... Third, you can simply hike from the beginning to get to the Peak. Depending on your hiking style and level, it may take few hours to do so. Anyhow, this is also recommended especially when you plan a group hiking. You can both enjoy the scenery on your way to the Peak and have enough time to exchange with your...

It is also called as "Mount Austin"(according to wikipedia), and local people call it as "The Peak", with an elevation of 1,811 ft.

Went by TRAM to Lions pavilion then walked.. We can also go by bus to Lions pavilion.

Nice view .One can witness very beautiful sunset. Lot of wedding photo shoot was happening. If you see the sunset and leaving then there must be huge line for the bus.

There are lot of restaurants near Lions pavilion. Here there is only one small store.

There is a mall nearby Lions pavilion. It was under renovation, when we were visiting.

We can easily spend half day. If you are interested, you can even go to Victoria park and garden.

Going by walk to Victoria peak is quite tiring ,because it is an...
