As others say, it is quite pricey -- but the organization and customer service makes up for the big hike in price. You can find pretty much any electronic device here, ranging from small USB travel chargers and adapters to hunking screens and portable monitors (only one store that sells portable monitors and charged 30% more than they should have, even with a highly negotiated price). I think most vendors don't cut their prices very much, so don't expect a great deal here; rather, it seems like an easily accessible area for foreigners to purchase electronics in Hong Kong. Some deals can be scavenged by perusing demo units and asking to buy stray units (had an offer for 20HKD for a keyboard, which is decent). But if you want to find cheap electronics, your best bet is to cross the border to Shenzhen where you can find prices for actually reasonable prices. Better yet, if you're not up for the travel, go online and purchase from aliexpress, GearBest, coolcool, or an international shipper and save yourself the hassle of shipping your goods back home. Ultimately, this building offers a convenient way to offer highly-priced novelty electronic goods, but if you're looking for the good deals, look elsewhere!
