This is a business building so don't expect much in terms of amenities, but it does have a great observation floor which you can visit for free. To get there get off the MTR at Wan Chai and follow signs for Central Plaza, a foot bridge from the MTR will take you over the highway and into the immigration building, go right to go into the grand looking Central Plaza, take the escalator to the 2nd floor and then the lift which takes you to the 46th floor lobby for great views over Hong Kong.

There are a lot of people passing through Central Plaza to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) to see different kinds of shows, and exhibitions. One interesting thing you should know, Central Plaza is not in Central but in Wan Chai. It has 78-storey high at 18 Harbour Road. The Plaza lobby has a marble, paintings and real palm trees. After dusk, there is bright neon rods in the outside building in which will change color at each quarter hour.

Very dissapointed. In Travelguide is written, that there will be a catholic Mass in the evening, but the arrogant security on the2nd floor desk, who doesn't speak english, sent us away with such a bad manner. Moreover it's also written that a panorama view from rooftop is also available, of course this is also skipped from the plan, that after the Mass we want to enjoy the panorama scene. The management hopefuly consider for a better hospitality.

This skyscraper has a FREE observation floor, occupying the entire 46th floor, called the "Sky Lobby". You can walk from window to window around the entire periphery of the building. It is all indoors, which is great protection from the weather, but photographs often get a reflection of the camera. But the views are wonderful. All of the city pictures were taken from there... some with a long telephoto. And the price for a visit is right!

It's an office building with an observation deck on the 46th floor, but it's best visited during the daytime before the lights are turned on. Unfortunately I couldn't see much when I arrived after 5.30pm as the sky was slightly dark, and the lights were already on, causing reflections from inside. The lift to this floor is located one floor up from the lobby, accessible by escalator. The concierge was helpful.

One among the tallest building in wanchai district on HK island. Houses major consulates and embassies of European & Asian nations. Very close to immigration, inland revenue tower, and the iconic HKCEC convention centre. Add that to the night life of wanchai. Less than 10 mins walking distance to the wanchai star ferry & Wanchai MTR station. Plenty of restaurants nearby
